These have probably already been mentioned, but I'd keep the Shantae games, and I've had lots of fun with Canabalt on different platforms, although maybe it doesn't suit your particular tastes.

I'll also echo what many others have said - I wouldn't bother with getting steam support to permanently remove games from your account. I just have an "Ignore" category in my library where I put games I probably won't play. At the very least, keeping them in your library will prevent you from accidentally re-buying them on impulse when there's a good sale.

I understand where you are coming from. I recently performed a similar task myself and removed around 30 or so games from my library. I used to jump at every free promotional giveaways on Indiegala, BundleStars etc but I don't do that anymore.

I mainly checked your Undecided and Remove list. I noticed that there are a lot of Tower Defense games on your Undecided list. I guess you don't like that genre? I personally love it so I'd keep all of those :D Hell I am playing one of them currently :D

If it were me, I'd keep the following games:

  • Kingdom Rush
  • Plants vs Zombies GoTY
  • Orcs Must Die
  • Orcs Must Die 2
  • Never Alone
  • Unmechanical
  • Viscera Cleanup Detail: Shadow Warrior (it takes like 40 minutes to 100% that game, it's also fun so why not?)
  • All Worms games (Played them all during childhood so I am kinda attached to them)
  • LIMBO
  • Tengami
  • Nihilumbra (I haven't played this but I want to :P)
  • Not the Robots
  • HOARD

The following games, IN MY OPINION, are definite keepers that should be removed from "might keep" and placed under "keep" immediately!:

  • Dishonored
  • Borderlands Games
  • Hitman Absolution
  • Talos Principle

I felt so relieved and relaxed after dealing with my library. You're gonna go through something similar so I wish you the best :)

Borderlands 2 is the best coop experience ever and the storyline is so much fun, keep them all. About Bioshock I only played Infinite and it's a beautiful game, worth playing.

Knights of Pen & Paper +1 is a good game, maybe not worth your attention compared to the other games you already decided to keep. It's nothing extraordinary, so I'd suggest to remove.

I'd personally keep Dishonored not even hidden, it's one of the best games ever made in my opinion. The art is great, the storytelling is done in a much better manner than most games, and the gameplay is, in my opinion, literally incredible with no exaggeration.

Pacman Championship Edition DX+ is also surprisingly super-good, I'd keep it.

I loved Read Only Memories. I also liked Badland and honestly I think you'll regret tossing anything from the Mass Effect series because the story's rly good.
Ittle Dew is funny, but personally I'm not a big fan of the puzzles.
Edit: went over the document a second time to check if there was anything I missed. I also love Never Alone, for the atmosphere and art alone. Would recommend playing with a friend though, it's easier that way.

Most of the others are still in my own backlog if I own them so I can't help with those

I won't anticipate in this purge, it's sad for those steam games man! They have feelings too ;D!
Seriously though just hide it, I think you'll regret it later, better be safe then sorry.

I would keep KAMI to be honest, it's an ok game (I played it on mobile).
Also, I have heard very nice things about Rock of Ages so I would keep that as well.

Btw, I also think you should just hide stuff rather then removing it (with the possible exception of the worst shovelware)...
