I love Theme Hospital when I was younger. I also got the free version from Origin (was about a year or so when it was free though). Awesome game, not too many similar good games though. Theme Park probably comes closest, Dungeon Keeper is somewhat different but with the same style of humor. Both are from the same era and developer (I think).

Theme Hospital is available on GOG and Origin. EA gave it away for free last year.

I had Theme Hospital for Playstation, it was interesting, but not something I'd play nowadays.
Maybe Hospital Manager could be something for you to try out? Though it looks like big fans of TH don't really care for HM.

Have you ever played a true isometric business simulation, strategy game, where you'd design and operate hospital? Well, there's one that I know off, which I played a lot in my childhood, meet - Theme Hospital. Game is permeated by an eccentric sense of humour,btw^^ Although, sadly, it has never been available on Steam as many other great old school games.
Anyway, try it if you want, I highly recommend if you didn't yet. Also it was free to grab on origin in past sometimes ago.
And my question is: do you guys know same type of the games? Also it doesn't have to be an old game at all;)
