Do not ask users for payments or donations for any reason. Fees to gain access to gifting groups, or attempts to raise money for lotteries or giveaways is not allowed.

I know that the guidelines section says what I quoted before, yet I'm not sure if I would be allowed to ask the community of SG to share my wife's GoFundMe for getting a double lung transplant. It is seriously a life or death situation and I don't know what else to do.

Thank you in advance for your comments & help.

That's why I said asking to share the link, not to donate. Even if not a single person on SG donates a dime but share the link we would still get a chance of getting some. Anyways, I guess this little tricky wordplay only works with the legal system.

Thank you for your words <3

I am sorry, but why did not she pay to health insurance system ? (I do not know correct terms, because in our country, we are forced to pay)
And then it is no problem to get transplantion because it is free of charge.

Edit: did not know about the POC, I wish the best to your wife.

We are living in the USA currently. She has a terminal illness called Cystic Fibrosis and she depends on supplementary oxygen. Since we have no car and no help or support of any kind here in the US, she's not eligible to be in the transplant list. The GoFundMe is actually to being able to buy a POC (portable oxygen concentrator) and some batteries so we can travel to the Canary Islands (Spain) where my family lives and we would have enough help & support and she will be able to be in the transplant list.
