As proximus pointed out without any words, it's the best to start with the FAQ of the site (generally any site where you're new). It should give you the most important answers you need to start winning games right away :)

A simplyfied version of the FAQ would be: enter for giveaways and wait till you win. Always activate the games you win on your own account, don't trade them or gift them to friends, else get a suspension. Give away games yourself to level up and get access to higher giveaway odds. SG in a nutshell.

And when you log into SG that you mandatory see the FAQ as of lately seeing some beta, free games, wrong games giveaways I think some SG users don't, can't or won't read the FAQ.

I'd guess their library didn't have the actual minimum value needed to get access.

That's possible, still - is this a reason to permanently suspend somebody? What if his library value increases later on? Also I wonder how it was possible to register here then on a tuesday morning (no free weekend and such).

Can you log into SG even with a less than 100 dollar Steam account? I thought you couldn't log in.
