has anyone else redeemed the green man gaming xp invitation pack? i've bought a few games at gmg over the years so figured i'd use that one instead of shredding like i do with most of that sort of card from lootboy, but it's been "awaiting key" for days. i thought it would grant me more xp but maybe that's only for if you're not bronze? i've been silver for a while so maybe it doesn't apply to me. curious if anyone has had this work or knows for sure it doesn't work for anyone already bronze or higher xp level.

the xp invitation pack is one of those starter / bonus pack cards you can get in a lootboy pack. i probably got this one from the "free diamonds" pack which gives 1 diamond card, 1 coin card, and 2 random cards for watching an ad. the random cards can be the gmg xp invitation pack, which i think they only give to each account once

Well, on Instagram they write "random selection of users", if that's so - then any offer may be accepted if you got selected. But I somehow doubt that they will accept something like "1 coin for 1000000 dia" anyway, so I doubt that it will be pure random.

LootBoy and their support are getting worse and worse. Last week I sent them a request because I discovered that two Steam codes are "invalid" (not "duplicated"), which means that they are not recognized as Steam codes. It's easy to verify this kind of issue (simply by trying to redeem the codes), but I also attached two screenshots with the error message clearly visible. Obviously, I've received only automatic (and quite stupid) responses so far:
- to show the page of recent license/product activations (which I did);
- to confirm if a refund of 125 diamonds would be ok (but the invalid codes are 2, so I asked for 250 diamonds);
- to show the page of recent license/product activations, again (which I didn't do, instead I invited them to read the previous messages);
- to confirm if a refund of 250 diamonds would be ok (which I did);
- to show the page of license/product activations for the whole year 2022, since the codes come from lootpacks I bought last year (which I vigorously declined to do).
If they don't give me 250 diamonds in the next few days, I'll proceed with a chargeback.

I have never understood why they ask for such a list anyway. Have they never heard of users having multiple accounts, or giving away keys to your (steamgift) friends even? I just checked my own page for the fun of it and that would be a list of 9K+ subs.

Lootboy finally got around to give me my prize from the TOTY event.
But, I don't know if they did it on purpose, a whooping 10% of my prize wasn't delivered. I'm not complaining, I got 500 reais worth of Steam credit, that's almost 90 euros. But the prize was for 100 euros. That's a hell of a conversion rate. Or another way to penalize users who live outside the so called "first world".

There's no way to know if the tax took 10% off, but they didn't gave a code for 100 euros, but 5 codes for 100 reais, or 18 euros. So 90 euros, not 100. Also, the tax should be on their tab, as I see.

They are giving wallet codes in HKDs for countries outside of EU and USA. Not sure about Canada. Even if Steam currency for Bosnia and Herzegovina is EUR, Lootboy will still give wallet code in other currencies instead of EUR and after conversion it is usual 4.5-4.8€ for 5$/5€ code.

They stopped giving the golden pack like a year ago but they still do give a pack with a few cheat chips (and a few diamonds if you're lucky) every 10 premium packs.

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
