From a variety of keys I selected very few most recent and trustworthy ones and created 18 GAs (everything else went to key drops in this discussion). 11 are okay, 5 are confirmed dupes, 2 more are unknown (winners didn't reveal their keys yet). Waiting for these last two and then going to contact LB's support. Anyone experienced that? Do they replace keys or is it useless to even hope for something?

They replace keys, and if they don't have keys, they offer you 125 dias back. Sometimes they let you choose from the first support answer.

On mobile, after opening a pack I have an option to exchange it for some diamonds back but only in the first ~5 minutes. Is this time count from the moment the packs are purchased or opened? I want to buy 25 packs in a go to get the reduced Diamond price, but afraid I won't be able to open them and check fast enough before the 5 minutes limit if it is counted from purchase time.

If I understand it correctly.
The company opened a case for bankruptcy at a court.
Now the court checks how much of the companies asset can be salvaged.
If there anything left to salvage, they appoint some guy that investigates and manages of whatever he can get out of the company.
And lastly divides whatever he got between the companies debtors.
The only case that got mentioned in which a "company survives" if it get's sold in the process.

Season ticket or Loot ticket? If it's a season ticket then you need to use credit card(charge) to activate your account for a month which will drop some dimes and 6 loot tickets. If it's a loot ticket then just choose a pack -> buy -> change the payment to lootticket.

After reading the bad news here I didn't bothered contacting them again after finding about 5 steam games I couldn't redeem (no reward type error). Sigh, serves me right for not checking/doing that earlier, not that it would had worked, but I hate the not knowing for sure thing.

yeah me too, long ago, and only a a handful of dias for a couple of the games, not all of them.
They gave me a "it's the law in Germany" kind of answer so I thank them for what they gave me in return and went on my way.
Honestly, if no real money is involved then not much anyone can do, just leave bad blood and that's that.
Guess it was good while it lasted, more to some than others but tht's luck of the draw, wont fault anyone for that.
