Well I got 4 games out of it........😳......sorry I thought I could zippity doo dah my way over this but it's easily my worst x25 pack and I'm not imagining it, looking over alot of these posts, the games pool has utterly atrophied over the last year. The one saving grace I can take from this is that I didn't pay anything other than my time for this, I can't imagine anyone actually still pays actual money for any of this.
I find myself in a dilemma now, almost half way to another 2500 diamonds. Theoretically I could take another game from the offerwall, grind on the app for a month or 2 or 3 to get back to 2500 (in the past it would have been a no brainer)......but looking at the above, and other people's posts, a part of me just wants to blow what's left and just grind to get a single pack every 10 days or so. I have to honestly wonder if there are even any Steam wallet codes anymore, since I hardly imagine things are being actively restocked anymore 🤷♂️.

But your time is at least as precious as your money. A few years ago Lootboy could be a good time waster where you could get sometimes something good, but now, i don't understand why you all, still doing it, even bother, they clearly have nothing good left.

I work in retail so I can tell you without hesitation that my time is worth hardly any money at all to the powers that be 😄. In all seriousness though, at the moment it takes about 7-10 mins of my day, maybe more if I don't pay attention to the ads timers. Mostly I use free WiFi but sometimes I bear the data cost. When I first started this a bit over 3 years ago now it seemed a good idea to get mostly bundled games and/or games that I might have an interest in buy probably wouldn't directly but myself. In hindsight I shouldn't have sat on the fence so long and started the year before 🤷♂️.
Initially it was good, I didn't seem to get any of the more interesting drops other people posted about but still good solid games. It seemed worth it until about 18-20 months ago when there was a noticeable drop in quality and more duplicate game drops in packs of x25 (which in hindsight shouldn't have been accepted, I mean even Fanatical got the memo on that one with its mystery bundles). It was about the time I suspect when the spectre of insolvency reared its head and things became somewhat chaotic.....like the prize I won which I've long accepted I'll never see #notbittermuch 🤷♂️.
But this, well this is something else. I know there's the luck of the draw when diving into things like this and I expect some duplication but not to this level. I also think I've reached saturation in the games they currently supply versus the ones I have an interest in. If it hadn't been for the wallet code I won in 2024 (and seemingly against the odds activated on my Australian account) I may have let it slide. Now I think I might. I mean if I'm going to plough my spare time into an offerwall, right now I'm feeling it should be for something that I'll get real benefit from, like gift cards for local shops/services. Not for more copies of GOG Deponia (I ♥️ GOG but I don't know anyone on my end who wants/needs the Lootboy games anymore, that how often I've received them).
All good things end I suppose, can't say I haven't got a decent haul out of it but it's definitely decreasing returns. If this x25 wasn't the tipping point, then I suspect it was because I already passed that point some time ago 😄.

There was a time where having a 20 pack opening guaranteed 5$ Steam credit (or more, but i never saw different), and with their panic events, especially the first one where crazy amounts of diamonds were dropping, i managed to get a few, and got all DLCs for the Binding of Isaac Rebirth and Dead Cells with my Lootboy winnings, that was something ! Got a few cool games too, but what is dropping at the moment is clearly the low tier bag exclusively, nothing really good will ever drop again apparently.
Oh, and also in France, we don't get all the usual packs anymore since one or 2 years, so even doing the stuff with the ads is out (and afterwards i think it was good, the cut was clean !).

I miss the guaranteed credit events, it's really why I saved up 2000, later 2500 diamonds at a time. Sadly I only got it once before the region gatekeeping became more strict, another reason I should have dived in earlier. The black market thing is just too random, perhaps by design, to be useful.
I can't imagine grinding without the ad packs, the offerwall is stingy at the best of times and without diamond codes/quests anymore it's become painful. I got about 790 diamonds from a game but even that was getting on my nerves in the end. It has become more of chore each day so perhaps you're right that it's time to pull back. I mean, it hasn't escaped my thoughts that the only wallet code I ever won was from a single pack redemption 😄. The "discount" on x25 packs doesn't feel worth it anymore.

After the last year or so, seeing a x25 pack with 4 activated games is a total success.
I don't think we'll see again Steam gift cards from packs, or even from the Black Market. I think they're just squeezing what they have left, which is a giant pool of the same games we all know. And ofc duplicate keys in a site that doesn't have any working support currently speaking.

You know you're right, it's a bit sad but still 4 is better than none. And I had no activation problems so another plus. Without the vague possibility of steam wallet codes I don't see much point in it really, at least not grinding for 2500 🤷♂️. A colleague suggested I switch to counter strike packs for the chance to sell loot like he does but I just can't be bothered. I discovered today he still actually puts money out on Lootboy for the monthly & CS packs 😳. His money I suppose 🤷♂️.

I checked the Discovery Pack's info (the pack that you can buy with Coins) and the content inside seems to be only Coin cards and random cards. Did they remove the ability to get Diamonds from the pack? Where should I spend my Coins then?

I guess there is still a chance to get diamonds from there, small amounts. IMHO not worth the time you'd spend buying and opening packs.
Coins have been useless for long except during Package Panic events, where the probabilities of getting diamonds, and the amount of diamonds you could get from one card, were increased highly. Then everyone went and spent all their coins in discovery packs. I once got like 1500 diamonds, and others even more, but once again, it's time consuming opening all those packs.

While I didn't get anything for myself this drop paradoxically is actually a lot more decent than my x25 pack a few days ago 🤔. I know, I know, the bar is set pretty low these days but still this isn't actually terrible. Not enough to make me save up large amounts of diamonds anymore but not the worst. Reached 60 Black Market chips, now the dilemma is to either cut my losses and take 500 diamonds (to possibly get more copies of Deponia 👀) or truly grind for a while ( a long while ) to get another 20 chips and cross my fingers the steam wallet code is still in stock by that point. You know even without the $20 Steam card this is a pretty decent pull for the way Lootboy is these days. Still a greater number of double games than it should be (and the used codes 😕, the one upside I suppose is that you, and the rest of us, can assume in the future the State of Mind keys are dupes and trade them accordingly 🤷♂️). But that working(!) wallet code is the real prize of the draw, hearty congratulations on your luck!

IMHO, 8 games and a working $20 card is an amazing loot, compared to what's been shown since mid 2023. Probably you haven't used LB too much or long, otherwise by now those games you activated would have appeared in loot thrice each, more or less. I also think the $20 card is real luck, you don't see people nowadays saying they got money cards. (Yet they aren't available in the cheat store.)

thanks! this is maybe my 5th 25-pack and by far the best one -- especially surprised by the $20 steam card. also the two state of mind cards are the first time i've had a dupe key from lootboy.
i just collect the daily ad-based diamonds and then get a 25-pack when i hit 2500. used to wait for the guaranteed bonus along with that but they haven't had that in a few years now. i tend to exchange for diamonds when i get a game i already own that's marked as previously free on steamgifts or if i've seen it as a gog key since i don't have a good outlet for those.
