It's probably lag. People are waiting 15+ minutes for cards earned to show up in their inventory, it's probably the same for game gifts. If not it should be an easy fix if you need to contact support, but most likely it's just a delay due to this being the biggest traffic spike Steam will have all year.

The "Complete Your Collection" bundle pages have prices that are only valid for your Steam account, since they complete YOUR collection. This is unfortunate, but makes sense.

Not always unfortunate. e.g. the JC3 + Tomb Raider pack. Tomb Raider is $35 standalone but because I own JC3 the bundle, which is just Tomb Raider at this point, is only $29.

That is the case with any of the complete the collections, though--I always check to see if I can just buy the game in one of those collections instead of as a standalone, and just picked up the sequel to The Deed that way. You can swipe the bundle discount on top of the sale discount. I meant it is unfortunate since we can't buy giftable versions of whatever games we lack in the bundle, but it makes sense, because that would make it so anyone could trade with anyone else at even cheaper prices.

the only obvious price glitch i see atm is 99% off for Magdalena in Japan, it costs 3 cents.
Arevan at $1.08 for Australia is probably a glitch, but nothing major, since it's $1.59 in US (or $1.34 in norway). Project CARS is better, and I know that's not a price glitch, since it follows same pattern for Bandai Namco on a bunch of their games, re: South Korea getting a larger discount than Brazil. So the South Korea 'global' copy of Project CARS is $9.87 vs $16.90 for EU.
I think Elite Dangerous: Commander Pack being $2 in Turkey is a price glitch, but it's been like that for a couple of weeks, so nothing new.

SONAR Steam Edition was 90% off (=9.29€) instead of 40%. but i think it worked only for people who already had it. it showed 90% for me after i clicked on it from inside a bundle. before it was the usual 40%. and for a friend (who doesn't own it) it always showed 40%. but it's fixed now anyway. i was lucky enough to get one copy, after trying for over an hour. ^^

You should definitely get it .. both skins are awesome, and getting 2 full storage spaces for both characters, along with two playable characters is an unheard of deal, and i've been playing since beta. I found a huge price glitch for the Telltale Collection, or at least in my region.
In my local currency, each of the Sam and Max titles cost R54, or roughly $4.99. But in the bundle above, each of them are incorrect, and it displays as R13,000 reduced to R3,409 (or in dollars, $1,299 reduced $299). Nice save of -$295.
The total bundle, then, is listed as R14,400 (or roughly $1,000).

A thread for any pricing errors or glitches in the summer sale! Generally, check prices right as the previous batch of games on sale rolls over to a fresh batch, as this is when errors are most likely to occur. They usually last for mere minutes, so snatch them up * if you see one!
