It's part of the rules regarding non-public giveaways. For whitelist/group/invite/regional giveaways, CV is not awarded to the giver unless there are at least 5 entrants in the giveaway.

even if only one person enters, the game will still be given away. this thread is here because non-public giveaways with fewer than 5 entrants won't receive cv. the thread allows people to post their giveaways to get more entrants in hopes to get enough people to enter and receive cv.

Hi tungmapu. Those 2 entries can be deleted if the winners agree as we can't reroll due to region locks. So as the support team member who handled your ticket stated we can assist you. Deleting those entries can take sometime however depending on things because only certain levels of support can do that and of course it can depend on the position in their ticket queue.
