I just remembered. This mouse should last you YEARS!
It's still considered one of the best mouses ever made. Had it for 5 years, still works, lost somewhere in my moving a couple years ago, its not fancy but its precise as fuck and really solid build, some pro gamers still use it. I used it for hundreds of hours of Unreal Tournament, no wear down...

It's pretty easy to fix mouse buttons yourself.
Some month ago my Logitech Performance had this left click issue. I unscrewed it and used an older mouse of mine to replace the little copper plate of the left mouse button. I guess thats the most common reason for this issue.
Maybe you want to check this out.

I've had a logitech whatever the base $20 mouse is for like 3 years. The only thing is is starting to get gunky... it still works great though. It's lived through D3, plenty of other games. Cookie clicker! Where I'd click on the left click like I was going to die if I stopped.

I've had my Mad Catz RAT 9 for a little over 2 years now with no problems. For a wireless gaming mouse, I'm impressed with its durability and response speed. (Haven't had any 'problems' playing FPS games, as some folk like to assume happens with every wireless mouse. If anything it's been easier playing without the cord.)
Adjustable shape, weight, sensitivity.. six programmable buttons (which is more than enough for me) and you can remap them across 3 'modes'. On the downside, it's really expensive.

I had a Logitech MX 620 until 2 years ago, had it for about 5 years and now I have the Logitech G9x, bought the mouse/keyboard combo from the 60% off deal, thanks to Steamgifts ^^

I use a RedDragon gaming mouse I guess I haven't really tested it out as in a hardcore sense. But this thing is a champ as far as casual play goes. I guess as far as a competitive gaming mouse is concerned is that the dpi on it can be a bit too much or far too little. Thankfully it gives 5 profiles to switch dpi on a dime. Which is nice. I also guess that the way the mouse is built that left clicking needs a little more strain than usual mice. Though right clicking with it is nice. Also it's kind of clunky and doesn't move around as fast as you'd like it to sometimes, but taking out a metal cylinder makes it way too light for me, and throws the dpi out of whack. Cause for the mouse to function normally I keep all 7 in because the minimum dpi doesn't support having one less or more metal cylinders out. If the dpi could go lower, i'd lower my dpi down and take out a cylinder. But oh well. As far as i'm concerned it's a decent first gaming mouse. The 12 number quick keys on the side have up'ed my gaming and made tf2 that much more accessible and quicker for me to do what I gotta do. Honestly I love this mouse the most for these quick keys. Binding things to these keys and items slots have made it so much better and effective to playing games.
The middle mouse is really clunky and slow to roll, but it doesn't really bother me. I can see how it'd urk a lot of people, hell it bothered me at first. But I got over it, I wouldn't recommend this mouse for someone who's looking for a very reliable and efficient gaming mouse. But as a gamers first gaming mouse or second, it's a damn good purchase. Also there's this button next to the left mouse click which upon click initiates an immediate double click. This also helps efficiency in games and I've also used it as a burst fire button for some fps games.
Again, i'd definitely recommend this mouse as a beginners mouse into the gaming world. It has helped me understand stuff and what I need in a gaming mouse and i'd expect it to do the same for others.
ALSO! ...it has flashy glowing lights on it and stuff :3

I am not 'bragging', but all mice I've purchased wouldn't last more than three months of constant usage.
The last victim is Logitech G500. Previously two Razers.
Now the said mouse is suffering from phantom left click.
Could I ask for recommendation for durable gaming mouse? The one that can stand 1 million clicks for sure. I'm playing Diablo 3 and Dota 2 constantly and they're hard on mice.
