• Poke a hole into her boyfriend's condoms
• Put flour into hairdryer
• Mix hot-/chilisauce into her food
• Take her "woman toy(s)" and dip it into chocolate cream or if you have a dog give it to him to chew on
• In case of storage devices (usb) put scripts on it to make her computer freeze or shutdown everytime she plugs it in
• Switch her pills (whatever kind she is taking) for pills that cause diarrhea

Get your stuff back. Tell her to stop. Say you can lend things if asked. Then you take her stuff as well- even if you don't need it.
Don't go for drama, if she makes a scene just ignore it. You say it once, you act on it, you keep that behaviour stable (she get things, you get things). No more words spoken, you just patiently do the same.

Day will come she will need something badly and be really pissed for you taking it.

I have to say, this sounds like much drama from you but... damn, usb charges is really low. If she take then off from home leaving you powerless this needs adressing asap.

So you take hers, any of hers(even if you don't need it) and put yours somewhere she won't get to. Let her be cable-less once or twice.

In college I was informed that land mines should not be used to solve roommate disputes, but I suppose you're family, so you can do what you want.

If you don't mind sister thinking you are gross/pervert...

1. Make white mixture with sugar or something that will be sticky when it dries. maybe eggwhites and starch or google something... if you don't see where I'm going yet, then get your mind in the gutter ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
2. Leave some drops of mixture on headphones/usb charger and let it dry. it will be sticky. it will be annoying for a few days but stick with it (pun very much intended). Leave a little extra and put in crumpled tissues. Place crumpled tissues nearby.
3. Decorate surrounding area with half empty tubes of lotion/lube, crumpled tissues, maybe a dirty magazine etc. if at a computer desk, the magazines probably aren't needed... bc everyone knows the Internet is for porn. Make sure you add some grunting/sound effects while decorating if you know she's in nearby room. But not too over the top.
4. Give it a few days
5. If no results, repeat steps 1-3. Then print out pics of sister and leave them nearby. Make sure to get mixture on a corner of at least one of them for best results. :-D
