Reporting in, im planning on crafting the whole last week of the sale. And I have 2 questions 1- Did anyone ever received the gifts from the big pile, I think it was 2011 winter sale. and 2-Has any of the 60 people received their gifts for this summer sale or do you know guys who won their 3 wishlist games?

I have no idea about the 2011 winter sale, but for number 2, yes the random 60 people from red and purple team did get the first 3 games on their wishlist. Here is a list of the games that went out to the first 30 winners on purple
I doubt you're going to find many people that have actually won. Steam has about 75 million users, and there are 5 teams, which is roughly 15 million people per team. Of course, not everybody cares about being on a team and crafting badges, so the real number per team is a lot smaller. Even so, the chances of winning are pretty poor. The average amount of points for day 2 was around 430,000, which means you're chances of being one of the 30 was roughly 1/14,333, provided you were on the winning team.
I'd say put your 3 highest price games on the top of your wishlist for the remainder of the sale, and only craft badges when your team is pulling ahead of all the others.
