Hell no you shouldn't feel bad. If it had been available to you, maybe. But there's nothing wrong with pirating a game until you're able to pick up a legit copy in your region.

I've had to do that with several games because I couldn't get them in the US, so I pirated a copy of said game and an English translation patch. I did that with Policenauts and Mother 3 (Earthbound). Sadly, I would have bought the shit out of those games if they were being sold here. ._.
And I've pirated older games when the only place I could purchase 'em was on eBay for several hundred bucks a pop. Snatcher is a good example of when I've had to do that.

I live in Europe and bought it from Amazon and redeemed the key on Steam. Works like a breeze. Now I'm the #1 player on Raptr too :D

in those cases you are supposed to pay 5-10x the amount to import it if it is available physically or trade for it through steam.. Gabe is watching and he is making a list (for xmas)

It's not available because of reasons that haven't been fully disclosed. They want your moneys for the game, they want to sell you the game, they are just having issues. You could always get someone else to buy it for you, people have said changing your store to us and buying works (Without a proxy). I also read somewhere that steam support suggested to a person that they do this.

You can buy it on amazon, you can buy it on gamersgate. Just because it's not on steam in your region doesn't mean you can't get it.

Anyway, if you plan on picking it up it is all good. If you want someone to buy it for you, easy to find someone. It's worth the money I think, and if you really wanted it, I'm sure you'll agree. ;)

No dont feel bad. The publisher should feel bad for not making it available in your country. Since you cant obtain the game without breaking any terms of use policies, its the only way you can play the game. The publisher fucked its own ass on this one. Pirate away.
