Watch Dogs, The Last Of Us, Beyond: Two Souls. All 3 of them have huge potential.
Really curious about how the game mechanics will work at Watch Dogs. If they can manage to pull off, then we'll play a goddamn good game. Beyond: Two Souls is the new project of Quantic Dream (mostly known for Fahrenheit, Heavy Rain). Well, it sums it up I guess:) I bet it's gonna be awesome (been waiting for this one since first trailer released). And about The Last Of Us, well it seems like a well oriented storydriven post-apocalyptic adventure. You don't fight against just some odd shaped zombies but also have to deal with some other alive folks. If everything goes well, we might be able to see another Uncharted-ish pure classic game rise up.

Thief 4 (still... even though, it looks very disappointing so far)
Dark Souls 2 (another game which looks disappointing so far)
Divinity: Original Sin
Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs
Doom 4 / Quake 5 (whatever - any shooter from ID... even RAGE 2 will do).
Mirror's Edge 2
ARMA 3
Any shooter that isn't overly casualized (for ref, see: Hard Reset - perfect difficulty)

I think they're going to. Otherwise, they'd have to develop some super advanced engine to compete with Unreal Engine 4 and bunch of other advanced engines in the next generation and this doesn't seem like a task, ID would be able to handle right now. And even with - they need games and developers to show their tech, that developing games on it is fast and not overly complicated. Seeing RAGE Developement Kit was essentially old GtkRadiant with bunch of new features - seems very unlikely, that this is going to be a future for ID. It's probably going to be DOOM 4 on another ID Tech engine - Carmack even seem to hint at that.

I'd like to know why Dark Souls 2 looks disappointing in your opinion? I'm a bit worried that they ditched Hidetaka Miyazaki but everything I've seen so far (concept art, trailer) has been positive :)

It's more like - it looks like it's going to be a disappointment... it's just a fear of a another hardcore frenchise, being overly simplified.
While I do enjoy hearing about some changes (enhancing visual clues is a great idea), the concept of travel present in the trailer, which may lead to much more straightforward level design (which - having designed a couple of maps, would fit the trend of making the game more accessible), promise of making storyline much more clear and direct and explaining player what to do, beyond what was told in Dark Souls - yes, great for mainstream players... but I didn't come to Dark Souls looking for it. And yet Dark Souls 2 seems to take much direct approach... which in turn, may result in a game way with shorter longevity than Dark Souls. I want community tearing the game apart, analyzing every character and information piece by piece, like it was with Dark Souls... but with a new approach - it may not happen at all.
At least its future looks more bright the the one of Thief 4 right now. So much fight, just for the point of showing off some tech.

Well now we've seen 12 minutes of gameplay and an interview so I think we can sleep our nights peacefully. I have to admit having my doubts as well but the gameplay footage had everything I wanted.

No, Moebius I'm kind of waiting for, but there's been this other game that Jane Jensen can't talk about because the publisher won't let her.
By the way the reason I'm looking forward to these particular games is that they'll be available on Android, and therefore it's more likely that I'll play them.

Your English isn't good because you assume I can't communicate.
Please read through our comments again:
"I thought it was Xbox360 exclusive!"
"It was. Soon it isn't!"
"Damn... Sigh"
"You don't want us to play it?"
It's impossible for something to "was coming out on PC," therefore my response can only grammatically connect to your last statement, which is using the past tense ("was".) Also, English grammar assumes that the last thing a person said is the thing the next person in the conversation is replying to, unless something else is indicated.
(I have degrees in English, teach English, have presented linguistics essays/panels at conferences, and am published.)

oh god... sure.
You teach English?!
So if I asked a question and then wrote a whole long paragraph, does that mean you should ignore my question?! lol
"Soon it isn't!" doesn't sound correct to me. I think "Soon it won't be (exclusive)" is correct.
For someone with so many "Accomplishments", you feel threatened so easily by something I said.

I actually did answer your question. You just phrased your question two different ways (interrogatively and as a declaration.) Since you used the declarative way second, I replied to that one.
Yes, you're right. I phrased my reply "Soon it isn't!" improperly because I don't always phrase everything according academic rules - I thought my way was more fun than "Soon it won't be." I like linguistics and novels, not just grammar. Proper academic grammar is not what my classes or my studies are about. I'm talking about using English well, not using it properly. Focusing on proper use would be nearly antithetical to standard collegiate teaching practices. If I had said "Soon it won't be," you could have still decided that I meant "Soon it won't be coming to PC."
Why do you think I feel threatened? What is threatened and what is it threatened by? I'm answering in detail because I can answer in detail - not out of hurt. (Not sure if that's what you meant, just taking a guess.)

Star Citizen and Half-Life 3 for me.
One new IP with a ridiculous amount of potential and a sequel to my favourite game (including episodes) of all time. It's going to be a long wait.

I'm not seeing the joke here. If you're implying that by looking forward to the game we're in a permanent state of anxiously sitting on the edge of our seats, constantly searching the internet for any rumour or tiny piece of information before ejaculating over the screen and rushing to the nearest social media outlet of choice to /ALLCAPS our incoherent excitement to equally deluded gamers, you're rather far from the truth.
If the game never sees the light of day, so be it, looking forward to or hoping for it's eventual arrival isn't particularly lol worthy in my opinion.

Stanley Parable and almost every MGS game that came out (I've played only MGS 1, Portable Ops, Acid 1 & 2 and Peace Walker and I want to play the rest).
Edit:I completely forgot about sequel to Vagrant Story. Great jRPG with nice story released on psx by squaresoft.

Hmm..
Watch Dogs
Grand Theft Auto 5
Company of Heroes 2
Rome 2: Total War (or Rome: Total War 2)
Metro: Last Light
DayZ Standalone
Thief 4
Cyberpunk 2077
Also would like to see Star Wars: Battlefront 3. They said a while ago the game was 99% finished when they stopped the developement. Go check it out yourself, I could't believe what they had to offer us with that game..

So let's start some interesting topic. It's question time.
What's game you really can't wait to play?
Are you waiting for yet unreleased game or you want to get your hands on game that's already released?
It would be nice to hear explanation for your answer :).
