Overly enthusiastic/happy people and people who hum songs. The people that hum are the ones that REALLY make me want to murder them.
Edit- I forgot one more thing. That pet parent crap.

Wow what a surprise. I have Misophonia unfortunately and it's destroying my life.
My main problem is with eating sounds but it's generally any sound a person can make with his mouth, such as: chewing, drinking, sneezing, coughing, breathing, and it goes on. I have to take tests separately at school and put earplugs on at dinners and movies (popcorn).
I honestly stopped caring if people think I'm crazy anymore because it just makes it easier~
Edit: OMG THERE'S A WIKIPEDIA PAGE FOR MISOPHONIA FINALLY

Oh I got another one. Tweakers, and the sounds they make. All the shuffling, grunting, sniffing, soft mumbling to themselves, leg twitches/thumps. Every time I see and hear one I just want to cover it in gasoline and set it on fire.

My sister has Misophonia ; just about any noise that relates to food or eating annoys her and there are many more that are unrelated. It causes a lot of problems in our family as we can't eat together or do a lot of things together like normal. Chewing, slurping, breathing, smacking, clicking, talking, coughing, sniffling, and many many other things annoy her. My father's own voice annoys her to the point he can barely talk without her wanting to go to another room. My mother's voice can annoy her as well. When talking to a friend with his new mic while playing a game she flipped out at him for the clicking sounds that picked up on the mic that his controller was making. We can never eat around her at all, she describes it as fight or flight in that she either wants to punch you if she is there or run out of the room to get away from it. Even with loud music on she gets upset at the thought of us eating even if she can't hear it audibly. We can't open bags or anything else without her giving us a glare thinking it involves us eating. If I am in the living room with her I can no longer use my keyboard or left and right click on my laptop without her getting mad at me. She can't stand it when we chew gum, have any candy in our mouth, or any other thing that makes noises in a similar way. We have to tip-toe around her in whatever things should be normal day to day life. What makes this all even worse (other than her being female) is she doesn't even want to try to help the situation, my parents have paid for therapy sessions where they paid for special headphones that she can use that could possibly help her and she won't try it, they pay for her to go see a doctor and he gave her different exercises to do when things are annoying her and such but she doesn't do those, and we even try to come up with solutions to help her like allowing her to listen to music while at the table but she doesn't even attempt that now. It really changes how we live our lives and have to always be reminded we can't do this and that with her around. Now that she has been bothered by these noises so long we have begun to hear what she hears and pick up on these things, I now am bothered by people eating loudly as well and a few other things that annoys her.

She's still in high school but I kind of agree. She's a great sister when there is nothing to annoy her about but on the other hand you can never eat around her and such. We put up with it because after all she is our family and a great sister otherwise. We do at times say we can't wait until she moves out in some heated moments though. To give us a break we agree to letting her do a lot of things with her friends so that helps us a bit as well.

If it were that bad, and she were refusing help, I'd tell her to deal with it, if she doesn't like certain sounds, she can ignore them, leave the room, or put on ear plugs. She's the one that has a problem with those sounds, no one else does, so it's her responsibility to deal with it.

I agree with that in the fact that she should try to help the problem, not make it worse. The doctor that was trying to help said that she does have an issue and it's our responsibility to help with it as well... She's a great sister otherwise it just can be hard at times.

I'm interested in what sounds make you go all crazy and murderous. For me, it's definitely knuckle cracking and chewing. Yes, even with your mouth closed, hearing the sound of chewing makes me go all ERRRRRRRRGH!
In case you don't know what misophonia is, here.
How about them clicking noises?
