Alright boys and girls, put up your holiday wins!

I've never won anything from the Christmas event (official or unofficial)/community train in all the years I've been here. I consider it all a bit of fun but don't expect anything really. I was gifted two amazing games in the bundled games thread so I consider myself pretty lucky :)

Nothing here either, for two years in a row. At least it was amusing to locate the most valuable boxes 🙏🏻
Same for the advent calendars etc. I guess there are just too many people joining in on the fray, hopefully those that needed it most were lucky in the end

I don't think that I ever won anything in any of the holiday events at SG. It's my Christmas tradition. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But that's okay, I got several nice gifts for myself.

I've won TOEM about a week ago :) It was a huge thing for me because it was one of the few games I wanted badly. I have even written about it in a thread about gifting bundled games. And most importantly I've been gifted two other awesome games from the mentioned thread: Deathloop and Tohu. It was a genuine surprise because look at my ratio, look when I have made last giveaway on this site – in my head I was the last person to be gifted anything. I was genuinely moved.

This is my first year here and was doing the boxes daily. Actually won one, Dishonored. Had not won pretty much anything until last week and suddenly won a couple things, the stats chart had me at 27% chance for the day so wow.

Never lose hope :x

I got CryoFall from the holiday's event, unless I've forgotten this might be the first time I actually win anything from one of those boxes, feeling lucky!

No win from the christmas gifts and christmas calender, as each year since the start of this events.
I must say it is frustrating after so many times of a lot of spend time/work, besides of course the fun too, and i think i will not participate next year in the wrapped christmas gifts and only enter the public GAs that don't need much time. If i am still here on that date.

And it is easy to see that, at least, the infos about the AAA games get shared in some circles (as the last 2 years when we catched a lot of the involved accounts, that were mostly from one region.....)

Ubelievably enough I space kitty dragged one their fellow felines my way from a whitelist giveaway, so I'll be strayin' around for a while. >^♥.♥^<
And then there were two kind people who gifted me wishlist games in this particular thread that has been mentioned a couple of times here. I'm stoked and overwhelmed.

There were not that many GAs in the holiday event to begin with apparently. I mean, I may not be the best gauge for it, as I picked up some bundles through the year. But from my filtered view, there were barely 20 GAs added a day.

And if the overall number of GAs was indeed quite low, then there are questions such as whether it would make sense to have some default gift wrapping available (as to make creating an event GA more simple), and whether it would make sense to forgo a community train during this time of year.

And there arguably is also a question of whether there should be a "naughty or nice" factor, where if someone didn't create a GA during the year, then allowed to enter only one event GA per day - which would surely not be ideal, as some may simply not have anything to give, but some users having farmed hundreds of wins (over the years) with barely any contribution, that arguably also isn't ideal in regard to that there may have been 100 users who each could have won at least something.

With a 4,08% chance of winning anything, I'm not surprised that I won nothing.

Won a copy of Pyre. Only the second time I've won something this year, so was certainly a pleasant surprise. :)

Not a game i knew about until i entered the giveaway but so far so good, nice looking chess game.

I'm going to say I won nothing at this point because the person that put up the title I "won" has apparently forgotten and ghosted the site for two weeks now. Going to be placing the Not Received mark if he doesn't show by tomorrow afternoon.
