I don't think so, but the author wasn't suspended at the time of my message (I think) and his suspension should end before the end of the giveaway so he should be able to come back in time to delete the GA.
That said, I don't see the point of suspending the author so quickly, without giving him a chance to remove the GA, especially if it's to leave the GA open like that. A first warning message from the moderators before a possible later suspension would probably have been a better approach. But I guess the mods don't have time for subtlety.

Over 2500 accounts and a lot will not see that it isn't a steam key because their autojoiner program do all the work and they check only if they won, mostly each 4-7 days.
