Give me promise about gonna playing wonned game and i'll send key. In alternative you can give chance to someone more interested in it and write about agree with reroll.
There are no custom rules in public giveaways. Nothing that is written in the description is to be abide by the winners.
If you think someone else may be more interested in playing it earlier than you can always agree on re-roll. But it can't be forced by the creator on you.
