Yes, I have that same info in my notes for this game. I believe I set the correct country restrictions for this giveaway. Thanks for the heads up.

The region-restricted carts are not allowed by the community train rules. You should have made this GA (and two others, 3381 and 3394) a side cart and made a replacement :( 1 day remaining at the moment, so it's probably too late for that.
