you should activate the game you won on your account, then buy a copy yourself to give it to the person who won it in this giveaway.

all games you win must be activated on your account, games you give on SG should be purchased by yourself (or gotten by yourself via other means).

It will not be ok, support will not agree to delete GiveAway, only if winner agree on deletion it is possible, and he doesn't have to agree. So yeah, proper way of action would be you buying game yourself for winner and this way you both end up with game activated on account.

then if you already sent the key buy this game on Steam for yourself, all that matters for SG staff is that you have game in your library, doesn't matter if it will come from key you won or from Steam purchase.
