It's fairly well known that it is illegal to label a wine as "Champagne" unless it was specifically produced in the Champagne region of France - less well known is that there are in fact over 3,500 products which have similar "geographical indicator" protection status.

Raw, pure honey (aka liquid gold) is only natural food on earth that will not spoil (unless contaminated). It also does not freeze. If you store it at temperatures of -4F and below, it will eventually solidify and appear frozen solid, but some component of the honey will continue to flow, very slowly.
Sadly raw pure honey is not easily available. Much of the honey that you find in stores is pasteurized, and then diluted with corn syrup, sugar and other additives.
So if your honey has an expiration date...its probably not pure honey.

The dish Adobo commonly known as national dish of the Philippines is derived from "Adobado or meat cooked with red wine and onions"
The spanish called this stew adobo because the indigenous cooking method of simmering meat in vinegar reminded them of adobado. While this dish bears a spanish name, Phillipine adobo had existed well before the spanish colonial era.

Uhh the greener a banana the more fiber it has, and the browner the banana the more sugar it has. Because the fiber breaks down into sugar or something. If thats not interesting enough mb its just the best I could come up with without searching it up.

The world's most expensive coffee is made from a specific type of cat poop. It's called Kopi Luwak, and it's produced in Indonesia. The beans of this coffee are eaten and then excreted by a civet cat. The fermentation that occurs in the cat's digestive system is believed to give the coffee a unique flavor.

I would consider this is a myth, not a fact.
Like all good myths, this has an element of truth, buried inside the lies.

One of the most expensive soup in the world is "Buddha jump over the wall", it is named so because it was allegedly so fragrant and appetizing that a monk that vows not to eat meat jumps over a wall in order to taste said delicacy. Buddha jump over the wall contains all 4 of the ingredients known as "The treasures of the sea" i.e. abalone, shark fin, sea cucumber, and fish maw. The addition of shark fin to the soup was originally not only accounting for taste but for grandeur and alleged superior benefits, prepared for the emperor.

Not so fun - fun fact, there's an illegal cheese in Italy called casu marzu, due to the fact that it's made with jumping maggots, that are still alive when the cheese is being eaten and they can jump in your eyes and other bodily places.
