I dont quite think that Lol is easy, more simple? oh yeah, without a doubt, at least compared with Dota 2. But both games are deep in their own way. The think i like more in LoL, is the LeaveBuster system, you ragequit a game and you get baned for a time. The thing i hate about LOL is the ragers you get at every level (specially at low level) and the current meta, where everyone build so fking tanky, WELCOME TO THE LEAGUE OF WARMOGS... Goddamnit.
If you are Gold , at ranked you usually get some good teamates .
Some one explained me the diference a while ago, in LOL, everything is mini-fun sized, in Dota2 everyone has at least one nuclear warhead of their own.

lol cant be easy,it still has lots of heroes,spells,mechanics etc.
But,the fact is,its is a lot easier than dota.
Less competitive too.
It a fun little game to play.Dota is a bit harsh,especially its comunity.But soo much more rewardin once u grasp the full concept of the game.
I played both,and sticked to dota.Lol just seemed silly,2,3 years ago when i played it,late games always ended the same: assasins pwning the shit out of you.

There is no disable item in lol.Ints are pretty much fucked up in late game,so the lol is pretty straightforward.
Ye,they do have the magic dmg scalability,but it doesnt matter,since the game doesnt offer a survivability to ints in late.

Start with LoL,then afterwards,when u get good at it,switch to Dota and try it out.
if u jump straight into dota,prepare yourself for flaming and stuff,since your gonna suck,and your teammates are going to be pissed because of that.

LoL. But I don't recommend starting at all.

It depends on what you expect from the game.

I find LoL pretty fun, populated, crap community (90% of the games), but they are trying to improve that with systems like reputation, report, tribunal, leaver buster etc.
The game it's K, it's fun, not that hard to learn, you have tons of streamers who may explain why they did that, why that, you have lots of sites related to LoL with tons of infos and guides.

It's up to you. I recommend playing LoL and DotA and deciding what you like most.

Have lots of friends that play LoL, I have played Dota 2 but I found it boring and dry. I also played Battle for Graxia and found it extremely poor and frustrating.

It's quite simple.

Dota was the father os MOBA's, everything else was a ripoff with more graphics and more noob friendly options to get started (download a map for w3? and play with those graphics? eeeewwww, lets play LoL, more graphics, doesn't matter if i have to pay to play more than 10 heros lolololo)

The only succes of LoL was the better graphics and the mouth to mouth opinions, again, for having better graphics.

And we have QQ's about dota 2 not being like dota 1. It's exactly the same f+++ng game with more graphics and noob friendly guides, but the problem is; people hate changes, therefore, they hate dota 2. So, if anyone QQ about dota 2, is just because they have a wooden pc, or a s+++y ability to adapt changes ^^

well, I, having played both, feel that dota 2 is hands out better, I mean, once the match starts, everyone is on even grounds: you can pick the same heroes, you have nothing such as masteries, summoner spells or runes to change your early game stats and the heroes are so different from each other you actually need a guide for each and every of them, which makes the gameplay quite unique.

Dota2 takes real skills to play that's why it was harder.
creep pulling, creep stacking, denying, last hitting and map awareness to avoid and do ganks are things that really affect the game.

if the other team are better in those aspect...get ready to lose.

if you die in Dota2 you'll be punished severely.
some computers can't run Dota2 well. because it looks better than the competition.
most players in Dota2 likes to kill instead of pushing and defending.

in Lol you gain gold continuously. if you die you dont lose gold.
champions in Lol are not unlocked so you'll have to be stuck on champions you dont want for quite a long time while you play.
you can also equip items which will affect your stats which is really frowned upon.

the graphics are geared towards everyones pc.
