Where can i ask for some money?

I have 43 cents on my paypal and i CAN'T MISS OUT this killing floor event with new DLCs. I want to buy the last 4 DLCs that i haven't got but i don't have enough money. I'm not begging for anything, i'm just asking where i can get some money from someone kind enough to do so. I have torchlight 1 , 5x The ship Complete Pack and 2 Red orchestra guest passes.
