So I will not lie, most of the games I dl and see if I like them. If yes, I buy them. Or if they are only multi and co-op I buy them if the reviews are positive on the start. So I dl Resident Evil 7 and told my self to give it a try. I love RE 4 and 5. This one was so-so for me. And my giving it a try was finishing the whole game, like wtf? I explored 90% of the stuff and went slow in the game yet in 6h and 30min I was done with the game. That's a joke for me, especially for the price of 50€ the game is not worth it in my opinion. What do you guys think, opinions on this one?

Well, value is subjective. 20€ to me is like 60€ for most.
Also, if a length of a game bothers you, then I'd recommend any Ubisoft open world game where you'll get your 50 fodder hours.
I personally prefer 6 quality hours instead of 60 fodder hours and 6 quality hours.
Also, a horror game is usually better when it's short.

I agree its a a short game and i dont want to defend it i am a casual RE fan once i finish the game i maybe play it once more after a while and i am done but its fan base its not like that , most want to do speedruns and no damage playthroughs , even some achievements aremade with the thought of that. I cant understand why someone would want to play the same game a couple of times start to finish each day but if they have fun cheers to them

The most positive thing about Resident Evil 7 is that Chris Redfield is finally off the steroids, thanks God for that! hahaha

quality over quantity! i prefer short intense games anyway. so for me the short playtime is a big plus. i probably wouldn't finish it, if it were 20 hours or so.

witcher 3 is one of the very few exceptions. beat it in 80 hours. well, it was simply that good. ^^ still didn't play the dlc, though. but in general i like games that are 2-8 hours long. usually the shorter the game, the more intense the experience.

Watched it being played by Pewdiepie, and really I have no interest in playing it. What I like about such games is their story, not that I know the story I dont care would like to know what happens if you pick Zoe, please someone tell me :3
