My wishlist has games I want. :P
I used to rank my list from my most wanted games to least wanted, but then I had so many I got lazy.
I don't really trade.

I add almost everything I'm interested, but I try to keep my Top 40 in order though!

I only put non-bundled games on my wishlist. Generally if it becomes bundled, I'll probably obtain it one way or another. They are only games I "really want," though that's relative. I have 57 games (including some DLC) on my list-- pretty manageable, and more-or-less sorted by priority.
I have traded for games on my wishlist. There aren't any games I desperately need.

I put anything I might be remotely interested in on my wishlist, then I sort them by price, occasionally I'll go on and just buy up whatever is on sale, other times I may look through and pick out a game or two I'm really interested in playing. Although most games I'm really interested in I already own.

My wishlist always gets higher and higher.... it's at like 980 right now.. I had it almost under 900 a few weeks ago, but then I did some que surfing and found a bunch of little hidden gems I didn't know about

I only have 15 games in my wishlist. I only add in there the games that I'm 100% sure that I'm gonna play.
I only trade for games that I really want immediately, not for every wishlist game. In the past, I've sold some games that I had in my wishlist, although I wanted to activate them. :P

I pretty much just put my most wanted games on top and then add a ton of others I'm interested in! Depending on how bad I want a game I'll focus on trying to get that or if there's a really great sale I'll grab a couple games!!

my wishlist is for games that I want to play and follows its price on sale. I also mostly use wishlist for steamgifts purposes.
I always want to organize in order of preferences, but I always give up before even start...

I add them to keep an eye on them. When i see a sale or bundle i watch some gameplay and read some reviews. especially negative ones Then I decide to buy or not. But for now I won't buy much games and try to play my backlog.

I keep it below 100 items at a time. SO yeah, it's cool,. tho I didn't rearrange orgder of the games for some time.

I keep only games I am currently interested in playing on my wishlist, so I update it every couple weeks. As far as trading goes I have my wishlist as exactly that, and I pretty much only accept those games, however for posting on other people's threads, I usually just have 2-3 games I REALLY want to play and I search for those and try to trade for them. I don't keep the list in any ranking/order.

I've cleared mine a long time ago. Games I really, really want I have no problem remembering. As for others, if I miss a deal, no big deal - backlog will provide entertainment )

Usually, the first 10 or so games I really want to play, while the rest are either free games that I intend to play, or they're games that I'm not yet sure about for various reasons.

I very rarely trade, but this is one of those rare occasions. I'm currently trying to trade for two of the games from my top 10, Analogue and Hate Plus, but so far, nobody's budging.

I guess in short my wishlist has every game that I currently want on steam, aside from ones I haven't seen the store page for of course. I'll always mark a game as either wishlist or not interested if I visit the store page.
I don't trade anymore so my wishlist is mostly for SG. I hide every game here that I'm not interested in. I usually check the steam page before I enter any giveaway, so I put a game on my wishlist if I want it and as a quick check that I purposely haven't hidden the game. It's also nice to be emailed about sales but I don't pay so much attention to that anymore since I'm pretty happy with my current games. Currently I have 120 games on my wishlist.
It's not really organized by desire though. Maybe I'll do that now. :3

I add everything that interests me. Early access I usually follow to to see how often it gets updated and if it may get finished.

I do a wishlist cleaning every once and a while and pick a few games that I don't remove and give them away.

It's lost now, I'd like to order it by changing the numbers around instead of dragging them... it worked at first but it no longer works anymore and I just leave it disorganised (I guess the top few are pretty accurate but then everything else is not ordered) because I'm too lazy to drag some titles few hundred spaces up.

I don't like being unable to sort. I add everything because it's needed for trade offers. But it's a mess.
