Oh...perfect topic! I'll share my story then.
A certain SG user added me on Steam. It was when I was pretty active and I had never seen that user on the site. First he seemed nice, we talked about different things and he seemed really friendly. We talked for like an hour or so if I remember correctly. I went to sleep and came back the next morning. I found some pretty innocent messages and the fact that the user had removed me on Steam. I found it weird because I don't think I did something to offend him and those messages didn't say anything about that too. So I went to his profile and added him again. He accepted my friend request and had no idea how I disappeared from his friends list. We had some nice time for a bit and then I started playing some game (I don't remember which one). After playing I logged off again and went to sleep. The next day I logged in I found that it was the same situation as the day before but this time his messages weren't innocent and nice. He was cursing me, calling me nasty things and similar shit. I then refused to add that user again because I didn't know what would have happened the next time. Now that certain user has gotten more famous on SG and still doesn't like me. He even did the move to blacklist me. I find it very very weird because I did nothing to offend him and yet he behaves like a little brat to me.

Hmm. I'm not sure, a few persons have been equally hideous in their personality here. Once someone yelled at me for liking AMD in an intensity equal to as if I had been publicly supporting Osama Bin Laden, it was strange. When I stopped responding to him he blacklisted me. Once someone tried to tell me I was beyond help and extremely unintelligent and other IQ-based insults because of how I don't like steam as a gaming platform. I think he blacklisted me too. Another time, someone I blacklisted found out they were blacklisted and went on a torrent of calling me insults from my intelligence, to my looks, to my life situation, to my capability to perform even the most basic tasks. You name it, he insulted it. Didn't ask why he was blacklisted (It was because I saw him torrent someone who liked a game company he hated do the same), he just unleashed hell upon me.

Don't even get me started on the past 30 years of seriously misguided and badly implemented U.S. foreign policy....

But AMD is awesome. They try to be open-source, made Mantle that was more or less DX12 beta, helping to push the boundaries of PC hardware to new limits for less power and price…
And not spending their marketing power to bribe devs to use their own closed-source SDK that is custom made to detect the competitor's hardware and run a lot worse on purpose to make it look like as if their own is the "superior" hardware.
Although they fucked up with Bulldozer, that is sadly true. Too much focus on multi-threaded performance even when almost no software supports it and still runs on single threads. At least they are slowly making up for it.

Harassing and verbally abusing others in the forum, even going so far as to blacklist someone who was trying to be helpful and encouraging others to follow the rules.

Someone who was my on my friends list dropped a key to a recently bundled (card fodder) game for me to activate. They told me it was because they managed to get an extra copy. I thanked them and that was that... but 2 days later goes into my trade thread on SG and (in a rude and insulting manner) demands that I give the most valuable game I had listed in exchange for what he was "trading and not giving". I ended up giving him a key to a game on his wishlist I did have and then removed from Friends list.

bummers -.- seriously - I'd screencap whole conversation and post it directly to support. It may be considered scamming and would lead fucker to permaban. Or at least post it on forums (ofc with editing out nich and avatar) and just post it. And if fucker try to anytime bring the thing up - post it as reply to his comment.

Nothing specifically directed towards me, but I've witnessed a number of unpleasant instances where certain people spew unwarranted rude remarks at others simply because they do not share the same humour, same perspective, or other things to that effect. A few of these people often think that their opinions carry more weight merely because they have been on SG for a longer period of time, or because they have given more than others, or because what they have given are deemed to be of higher quality than other people's "cheap bundled games". Elitism may not be rampant here, but it is undoubtedly present.

He actually got permabanned already for the regifting alone, so not much point to that. :P
It was his second time doing that, he was a repeat offender. I'd still give the next regifter the benefit of the doubt though, according to the statistics they don't often repeat their offense after being banned for it once.

I lot of times i wrote silly jokes and/or stupid comments. An user doesnt find it funny and threatened me with throwing me away from his group or one of his groups, something like that. I told him "ok" and left the group because that is not the way you respond to a silly comment and I dont want to be in groups owned by people who talk like shit. He, of course, counter attack again and blacklisted me.
Of course this is a stupid story

User won a giveaway of mine and IMMEDIATELY added me on Steam.
I accepted and they proceeded to tell me how much they were looking forward to playing the game, that all their mates were playing and they wanted to join them. This "chat" took over an hour, with constant back and forth between them and myself. The entire time they were telling me how much and long they'll play the game.
.....user has not played the game since winning over a year ago.

The user used all that enthusiasm for telling you how much he/she would like to play the game. No energy left after that, I wager.

Those types of people that wins a giveaway but never say thanks or anything in that form of manner.
I mean sure, if the user is offline then you could just message them and say "Hey, I know that you're offline right now, but thanks for the giveaway. I'm so happy that I won. :D" or something.
I haven't encountered any other bad attitude aside from that so far.

Aside from being scammed, what is the worst attitude that a certain SG user has shown to you? (Please remember to not drop names)
Mine is being harassed for "blacklisting" a certain individual.
Anyways, here is the mandatory GA: DK2oY
