I'm sorry to say that's not exactly how it works, good sir. Please read the OP for the complete rundown of the rules, but the gist of it is this - you only get to post a screenshot of your own and initiate a new round in one of these three scenarios:
- You guessed the game correctly in the previous round (and it was either confirmed by the person who posted the screenshot, or you were able to provide some undeniable proof of you being 100% correct). This gives you the status of the new Player 1.
- The person who posted the previous screenshot has gone silent for 12 hours or longer. In which case the round is forfeit and anyone is free to be the new Player 1.
- The person who guessed the previous game correctly hasn't posted a screenshot of their own for 12 hours, or has explicitly passed on their turn to post one. In which case, again, anyone is free to be the new Player 1.
Feel free to save your screenies for when you're up, though.

What Svipur said, but I thought I should mention that reverse image searching is allowed and people here are generally very good at it. As a case in point, a simple Google search for both of the images you posted reveal that this one is from "Dink Smallwood" and the one you posted below is from "Celtic Kings: The Punic Wars". So a quick reminder that you should check if your pics show up in search first and either obscure the image or choose another shot to make it less obvious. Other than that, have fun guessing and posting your shots!

Can confirm, I liked Dungeon Siege 1 (skipped 2) but didn't really care for this one much. I gave up after a few hours with it.
Didn't recognise the necklace at first, but I yep, I remember the "Stockings of Rage" (actual name of equippable item) on the Angelina Jolie-lookalike gunslinger they were going for.

Interesting, I recognized the style of the pseudo-Japanese used in that from the Tokyo Mater Pixar short a while back. My kids were really into that, and that neon style seemed very familiar.
