Great train! I would happily play any of those games if I won them but skipped the second one as I need to upgrade my graphics card to play DirectX 11 games. I generally agree with valuing quantity over quality but think that the price per gameplay time gauge still has some merit for games without narrative content or replayability, e.g. puzzle games. For these, the longevity of the game is directly related to the size of the puzzle library, and regardless of how engaging the puzzles are, the experience can feel hollow if the content is exhausted quickly.

Absolutely agree with you. Value is not defined by how many hours a game has to offer, but by how much quality it offers. A game can have very high quality, packed in just a few hours. And sometimes that is worth more than a 50 hour game with a lot of filler content. Games like Edith Finch are so dense with story and emotions, they are easily worth the asking price of 20$ in my opinion.

There are some people who like to measure the value of their games in how long they are compared to how much they spent. Personally I'm not a fan of this, I would much rather pay for a short game that's engaging all the way through, than a long game that's just engaging most of the time. Of course, everything has its limits, but I feel like it's better for a game to be as long as it needs to be, than pad out its length with filler content. Case in point, Mafia 3 would be a lot better if they had skipped the whole "take over the city" part, and just had the story missions. That's not to say that games should be short, imagine if Pillars of Eternity had been a 4h game, that would not have worked with that kind of story.
But here are some giveaways for some games that are not super short. Do note that I am asking something of you if you're winning one of these, so read the descriptions.
