Thanks. I usually just assign levels arbitrarily based on how I felt about the game, and the number of entrants would sometimes be a bit skewed because of it. This time I wanted to have some objective and transparent means of setting the levels for the games I was giving. I hope it works better for everyone this way!

This isn't so much a train as a two-way road, with the occasional detour down a one-way street. The detours lead to titles that I tried to thematically link in a simple and somewhat crude fashion; the theme is the various way we can choose to deal with conflict in our life. Take whatever route you choose: take the road to its end and back, take a detour you think looks promising, or even walk around again and take all three detours, if you wish. I just wanted to try something different than my unusual straight train (and maybe do something with all these DETOUR games sitting in my inventory).
Since I never really know what level to set for entry requirements, I decided to use a set algorithm rather than my arbitrary feelings about the game. I got the Steam rating for each game from this website. If the rating was below 64%, the entry requirement is level 1; between 64% and 74%, level 2; between 74% and 84%; level 3; between 84% and 94%, level 4; and above 94%, level 5. So even if you encounter a game above your current level, I encourage you to search keeping searching on the road, since the nature of the diverging routes doesn't mean that everything will be out of reach for you (though each route does have a tendency to increase in rating as you near the end).
The road will remain open until Monday. Enjoy your explorations.
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And aren't you lucky you can travel both?
