Will this monthly bundle be yours?
Le sigh.
I knew I was stupid and I should have cancelled.
On the other hand, I'm extremely overjoyed to be getting The Flame in the Flood but I think that with 2 RPGs and 2 PvPs I would have been better off refunding the bundle. I was (ages ago) interested in Western Press but then read 'PvP' and 'Multiplayer' so now that I got the key, I'll have to look more closely how the MP works in case I might be able to play it thus want to keep it.
I guess I'll level up here thanks to this if nothing else.
Oh well, need to remember to cancel next time! :D

It is very good for who plan to play Minion Masters. +50% XP forever.

Better than expected. I've wanted Flame in the Flood and The Escapist (with all the DLC's :3) for some time now. Mordheim was a nice surprise (too bad as a lot of DLC's) along with Western Press, which was a good bonus for me; has some appeal to me. Plus, Dragon's Dogma alone was worth the buy, all the other games are just bonus.

I'm kind of disappointed about this bundle. I already had Escapists and Minion Masters. Minion Masters was given away for free from the devs a little bit ago. At least I got Dragon's Dogma and the remaining 2 DLC I needed for The Escapists.
EDIT: The Western game looks pretty cool and so does Flame in the Flood and Yojimbrawl. Mordheim isn't really my type of game, but Hacknet looks interesting, even though I don't really play hacking games. The story looks cool. Dragon's Dogma looks pretty cool, too. I already own The Escapists and it's pretty cool and Minion Masters I haven't tried out yet, but it doesn't really seem to be my type of game, I think.

You get the F2P access for free from that key (basically it was a preview/promo access key). The Premium DLC is $20 (but on sale now) and that is in the Humble Key. Here is the thread from their community hub.

Department of Happy Errors: I thought there were three off my wishlist this month, but oops - it's four! Fire in the Flood was on there, but I had forgotten that I listed it. Would have been five, actually, except that I won The Escapists base game here over the summer. So this one is a definite solid for me.

Welp, forgot to cancel my subscription and was autocharged on Nov 30 when i got money on my paypal card. Humble refused to give me refund now, after bundle is revealed, so i guess i'm happy owner of those games now.

So yea, this happened: https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/fedN6/free-minion-masters-alienware-arena-level-2
Seriously HB?

As others have said, that's just the base game. The HB key includes the Premium Upgrade.

So...presumably we'll be able to create giveaway for Buy Minion Masters + Premium Upgrade? Only the base game was given free, right? Have 100 people written support tickets to add it to the list? :)

I assume that there is no old "sub" form of The Escapists: Complete Pack, only the newfangled complete your "bundle" form?
The difference being that giveaways can be created for the old sub form, but not for the bundle form.

All I can say is...thank gawd for barter.vg to unload most of this :D

I am... slightly disappointed. Mostly because I keep wishing for The Cat Machine to be included as of the "smaller" indie games. ;) But I'm really happy about The Flame in the Wood. Mordheim looks great too... as for the rest, they are not really my cup of tea.

Humble Monthly Debut: Minion Masters
Ehmmm technically true... but you also said you were gonna give us games, not premium dlcs for free to play games...
"Humble Originals are exclusive games developed specifically for Humble Monthly subscribers"
"This month's exclusive: Humble Original is Yojimbrawl! Humble Originals are brand new games, only available through Humble Monthly."
Developed 2 years ago, you can play it for free in several flash websites like http://www.crazygames.com/game/yojimbrawl
We can discuss if quality of the games deserve the price or not, but there is no discussion possible here. They really like lying to their customers.

What games ended up on the DRM-free list this time around? Id wager a guess that it was either The Escapeists or Flame in the Flood plus Yojimbrawl? Pretty hard to find this information anywhere unless you're an owner of the bundle, but i enjoy knowing which studios are still supporting DRM free development, even if their titles often lag behind Steam when it comes to staying updated and feature-complete over the long term when compared to Steam releases. All of Humble's normal bundles show version and platform compatibility, but the monthly does not seem to and that always leaves me curious.
(Also, is anyone else ever perturbed that Humble sells Steam keys in bundles and on their store, and yet does not have a single link to Steam store pages where people could actually find out information and or get support for said games via the forums? That drives me nuts when their bundle pages have little Steam icons below each game which would make perfect 'click to view this game on Steam' links to find out infinitely more information than their trailers and short paragraph or two worth of fluff they put on each bundle title could provide.)

Thanks for the info. :)
I understand that they're a store front too, but their store is severely lacking in both information and features. There are some bundles that includes games that they dont even sell on their store, and Humble still does not provide links for them even in those cases. (Or even links to their own store pages.) That issue is compounded when the trailers they put up for the games in those bundles dont actually show any gameplay either. Granted that tends to be less common, but still happens often enough to be frustrating i think.
It is on the consumer to do their research, but Humble should be confident enough in their platform (especially regarding bundles) that they arnt afraid to help educate their customers about the products they're selling. The least they could do is link their own store pages from the bundle page. Not sure why this bugs me so much. Just got a wild hair tonight I guess. :P

I was wondering how come that I open the Deals section this morning and this thread is so low on the list. Normally people talk about the freshly revealed monthly almost all weekend.
Then I saw the games, sigh, and bask in the memory that the last two monthlies at least had something we may consider "interesting" in them.
And also secretly hope that whoever has this hacking game fetish at Humble will be moved to a position where they cannot influence the decisions.
Not bad overall, but it just feels… pleasantly mediocre. Like the entire revealed pack is still weaker than the single revealed game in itself. :/
