Puzzely giveaway - round 3

You're probably tired of these puzzles, but this is the last one, promise.

My previous puzzle had Max Payne 3 as a gift, but 13.37$ CV.
I didn't mention that in my description and I felt bad for those of you that finished the puzzle but couldn't enter, so here's a new puzzle with mr. Payne waiting for you at the end and no CV this time.

I forgot to mention. The puzzle will end on the 20th (this Friday)

all answers are one lowercase string of text ended by the .html extension.

Try to solve it without the clues.

2) the code is an ID
3) nobody likes static images.
4) This might be a bit hard. Here's a clue: Keep track of how many you eat. Those cookies aren't really edible, unless you're a browser.
(This puzzle had a spelling issue. It has been corrected. Thank you for pointing it out and congratulations for passing despite it.)
5) It's an ancient language. Words full of wisdom. You must translate the text.
8) there was a display issue for this level so I had to redo parts of it. Sorry for those that were stuck on it.
10) it kind of looks like a twisted ladder. I don't like acronyms.

And now stuck at 9. I know what I have to do by English is not my native language and none of the online tools seems to be able to give me anything intelligible.

If the online tools have not helped you, then you're on the wrong path :)
The solution for all the puzzles is just 1 word. On occasions '-' can be part of the solution, but it's just an accepted answer that redirects you to the single string word.
Look again at who wants your opinion :) Read her name out loud.

At level 5, are there any apostrophe in the text? Like in "I'm" ?

Well it's obvious that the first letter must be an "a" or "i".

The question is now which 2-length-word fits after an "i" or "a"?
I'll hopefully find it out and solve this puzzle, too.

Finally got it.
As expected, it was more obvious than what I was attempting.
I did actually try what you were alluding to originally, but not the complete thing.
Love the puzzles so far, very clever :)

Find a place to use it. All the information is there.
