Tip : All Elder Scrolls mods are porn.
Here you go : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/top//?
Top files list on the nexus.

You say that, and post a link of the top 25 files, and none of them are pornographic.
But there are tons of pornographic ones, but tons more family friendly.

Do you not know how the Nexus works? You have to actually login to see the pornographic stuff. Me posting a link doesn't automatically log you in, so thus' you won't see the pornographic stuff.

Funny, I was logged in yesterday.......
There needs to be a standard for username and password requirements, because I have like 6 versions of each, depending on those requirements, and can't remember which sites use which.

Well i logged in....and the pornographic stuff only shows up if you search for it...not that i did that :p

Well, I can't find it right now, but on the files pages, you're supposed to click something to search for the top files including adult mods, although I'm pretty sure if you're logged in it shows it anyways, because what I'm seeing is ' Most endorsed files of all-time (non-adult) '.
Bah, whatever. The elder scrolls games, or just the nexus in general, has mostly adult mods. It's kind of funny.

There is a link for exclusively top adult mods, that I know.

static mesh improvement mod and WATER are essentials

I recommend Unread Books Glow.
It highlights all the books that you haven't read in the game world. It even shows you which books will give you skill points, very useful.

Are there any mods to make the males in Skyrim look better? I mean, their face, not actually adult content. It really bothers me how ugly everyone is in the game, except maybe some females.
Comment has been collapsed.
There are some. There's some hair mods and a couple of face mods, but it's usually for specific followers.

the first mod that came to mind was those 18+ shit
but on a serious note, one of those HD textures are a must get, they really make the game look much more realistic and/or beautiful
you should try Sky UI too if you are interested in a menu mod. Basically it just changes how all your menus look (and work, to a certain extent)
for me as a pure wizard i remember getting:
-The apocalypse spell pack (really awesome bunch of spells to play with) by Enai Siaion
-Improved Master Spells / Destruction Perks /Expert Spells
(you might also want to get familiar with a few console commands like fast travel, although you may not like the sound of "cheating" if you view it that way)
but i'm kinda outdated from the world of skyrim mods (haven't played it for so long, like 1 year and a half)

There's so many, man. I'll try to list what I have.
Necessities:
SKSE is something you should have already, because most mods require it.
SkyUI is a -necessary- UI overhaul for PC players. Newest version redoes the Favorites menu to make it more usable, too.
iHUD is a nice thing that hides unnecessary HUD elements when you don't need them - cleans up the screen a bunch.
Convenience:
Ultimate Follower Overhaul (UFO) allows you to get more followers, and tweaks them to be less annoying.
Convenient Horses is pretty much necessary, and makes using horses much easier.
Environment:
SkyBirds adds a lot more birds around the place.
Bird of Skyrim adds a lot more birds, too.
Antz in my Pants adds Riverwood-style ants on tree stumps all around Skyrim.
Quests/Areas:
Falskaar adds a whole new massive area of the game, and adds hours of gameplay. Not lore-friendly, but really worth it.
Helgen Reborn lets you rebuild Helgen with a fully VA'd questline.
Silverfish Grotto is a neat RPG-style house with plenty of upgrades, nestled in a nice little grotto.
Fleetford adds a nice little town in a mostly empty spot of Skyrim. Helps liven up the environment a bit.
Immersive Settlements adds outskirt houses to most major cities, making the population of most cities seem much more believable.
The Void Walker adds a neat area known as The Void, and lets you get some neat Dishonored-inspired spells along with a fully VA'd questline.
Honeystrand Meadery adds a broken-down meadery that you can repair Hearthfire-style and then operate and own.
Immersion:
Frostfall adds cold and wet effects to the game, so you have to bundle up if you want to hike in the snow and you can't skinny dip in freezing ocean waters.
Realistic Needs & Diseases fits in well with Frostfall, and you have to eat, drink, and sleep to survive.
Reflection brings back the Oblivion-style "sleep to level up" mechanic, which works well with RND and Frostfall.
Hunterborn adds a whole new hunting mechanic to Skyrim, and fits in well with Frostfall.
Sounds of Skyrim series adds -loads- of new sounds to Skyrim, and they all fit in seamlessly.
Locational Damage is a nice mod that lets you (and enemies) cripple certain sections of an enemy like in Fallout. Works pretty well, and makes combat a little more tactical.
TK HitStop adds a small visual effect when you hit stuff, blurring the edges of the screen and giving every hit a little more "weight."
Run For Your Lives makes NPCs run inside when a dragon attacks, instead of charging up to it with their fists like idiots.
When Vampires Attack does the same thing as RFYL, making vulnerable NPCs run away from the vampires instead of trying to fistfight them.
Pumping Iron makes your character get more muscle as he levels up in physical skills.
Book Covers Skyrim gives -every- book in Skyrim a totally unique cover, making bookshelves much easier to use.
Armor & Weapons:
Bandolier is a near necessity that allows you to boost your carry weight with various pouch items. Looks great, too.
Winter is Coming is a near necessity for Frostfall, and adds loads of heavy fur cloaks and hoods for you to wear.
aMidianBorn Book of Silence adds fantastic retextures for most armor.
Aesir Armor adds a really neat, customizable set of armor into the game for you to build and create.
Immersive Armors adds a number of additional armors to the game, all lore-friendly.
Unique Uniques gives some unique weapons unique models, instead of them having the same models as normal weapons.
NPCs/followers:
Interesting NPCs is a massive, fully voice-acted companion mod with loads of dialogue trees for each added NPC. Voice acting can be iffy.
Inconsequential NPCs just adds a bunch of random, mostly pointless NPCs to liven up the environment and make Skyrim seem less empty.
Atvir Dres is a great follower mod. Haven't been using him long, but it's well voice-acted and has a great story.
Immersive Patrols adds several patrols around Skyrim for each faction, to liven up the outside of Skyrim's cities.
There's such a ridiculous amount I can't even begin to start, but here's some I enjoy. Alternate Start is another nice one to have if you get bored of the Helgen startup sequence. Skyrim has hours and hours of additional gameplay, and mods that vary from tiny annoyance fixers to total overhauls. Look around, mix them together, find what you like. Nexus is great for that if you can sift through the porn.

On that note, do not use Workshop. Once you start loading up more than 10ish mods, you'll probably start running into all sorts of load order issues and conflicts. Nexus Mod Manager is what I use, and it works well enough. BOSS is also a nice tool to use in order to fix most load order problems.
On that note, GET THE UNOFFICIAL PATCHES. They fix so much in the game it's unfunny. Very much worth the download.

I agree; do not use the workshop, it will only cause heartache. Nexus Mod Manager works great, or if you are crazy, like myself, and need multiple profiles and plan on using many tools, like TES5Edit and Wrye Bash than Mod Organizer is a more powerful choice.

God there are so many good ones... Make sure you set the load order correctly to avoid problems (you can use BOSS to do this for you if you don't know what you are doing.
Here's a few I recommend, already in the correct load order:
Unofficial Skyrim Patch (followed by Unofficial Dawnguad Patch, Unofficial Hearthfire Patch, Unofficial Dragonborn Patch and Unofficial High Resolution Patch if you have those dlc's)
"Better Females by Bella" - CORE FILES
"Better Females by Bella" - Makeup Type 1/2/3/4 (Choose one, I think 4 looks best)
Better Dynamic Snow
Improved Interior Lighting (For Realistic Lighting Mods)
Static Mesh Improvement Mod - SMIM Part 1
Better Embers
Lush Trees
Moss Rocks
Vibrant Auroras
Lush Grass
Towns and Villages Enhanced: (Get the complete set: Dawnstar, Inns, Markarth Exterior, Morthal, Winterhold, (Markarth+), Whiterun Exterior, Riverwood, Riften, Solitude, Windhelm, Villages Redux, Villages, Whiterun, Falkreath, Solitude Snow)
Caliente's Body Mod (CBBE Curvy edition)
Sounds of Skyrim (There are 3: The Dungeons, The Wilds, Civilisations)
Immersive Contrast Boost
Immersive Saturation Boost
Water And Terrain Enhancement Redux
Bigger and Boulder
Static Mesh Improvement Mod - SMIM Part 2
Those are almost all graphics enhancements or game fixes and a good set to start you off with, Mods that change the gameplay or add items and such are all just personal preference so you are best off just trying them yourself. Also in the way of tweaking, Skyrim isn't particularly hard to tweak yourself or you can read quite a good guide here.

My favorite ones are

I don't have a long list of mods installed at the moment, but the 2 graphical mods you should check are :
SkyUI for the user interface and Imaginator to tweak the in-game visual with manual settings or presets (brightness, contrast, saturation etc). Some of the Imaginator presets are gorgeous.

If you really want to get into modding and improving the Skyrim experience, S.T.E.P and Skyrim Revisited are great projects to look at. They both compile and update lists of great mods as well as how to install them, in what order, and what to change to avoid conflicts.
