What was your first Steam Purchase?

On this account Rochard was the first I bought, but I bought 10+games that day. On my old account all I remember is that it was a valve game pre 2003, probably counterstrike. Too bad I dont remember the email or account name ><.

I had a hardcopy of Counter Strike Gold, back in 2005 lol

My first Steam game was Portal; I first registered on Steam when doing so netted you a free Portal as a perk. My first actual purchase? Wow, that was a long time ago, so it's tricky to remember. I'm 90% sure it was TES IV: Oblivion, which I originally played through not-quite-so-legal channels, loved, and decided to buy. I honestly can't remember for sure, though.

Pretty sure the first thing I had on steam was Counter-strike.

Prince of Persia: The Warrior Within, Prince of Persia: Two Thrones, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Limbo, Condemned: Criminal Origins I buy games in bulk got all these for 25$ only during a sale they were also my first purchase.

L4D2, and after increasing the number of games till 405, still my most played and best purchase ever.
