Had a friend who was new at the game use every bloodpoints code, none worked, NICE, ALANWAKECHAPTER and LIGHTSOUT, none of them worked, can anybody tell me if they worked for them? (If you haven't already used them or are on a new account)

you don't really need the codes, you can easily make 100k BP per match with the current event, gather the droplets and put them in the basins

Oh yeah, totally, we are getting loads of BP, but you never reject a little extra... That's why i was wondering if the post was updated.
Btw, what DO the blood zones do? Do they speed up repairing? Does putting a droplet on the basin immediately give you a lot of points? What is it?

If you put a droplet in the basin, you also get a BP boost for like 10-20 seconds, seen as the upmoving droplets on your char, same as when being in a zone

If you're a survivor in a blood zone, you're 50% quieter when injured. If you're a killer, your lunge attacks are much longer. The effect isn't all that useful for survivors but very useful for killers if the killer knows what they're doing and takes advantage of it.
The spawns/area of effect for the basins kinda suck, sometimes they don't reach a generator.. but you'll get a lot of points by collecting the droplets and putting them in the basins, or even collecting droplets that have already been deposited and then redepositing. I wouldn't think too much about the effects.. just focus on normal gameplay and occasionally collecting/recollecting/depositing the droplets and you're good to go.
Anyway, you get 1k BP for collecting a droplet, and 500 bp for depositing. You can keep recollecting/redepositing a few times but there is a cap for how many times you can do it and get points.

Thanks for all the info! Forgot to reply earlier but when i read this i was opening the game, it was pretty useful, now i understand why killers were doing those god-awful, completely unnatural swings.

Yeah, BHVR tends to make some events either survivor or killer sided. This event is more killer sided when it comes to the effects. It's not like survivors haven't had an OP event though.. the very first snowman event was survivor sided and let you take an extra hit by being in a snowman lol. That snowman event was actually my favorite event, but I also didn't take it too seriously and play survivor a lot. The current event is kinda boring, but really great for bloodpoints
