Tesla Breaks The World! - One of the most uninteresting platform games I've ever played. First of all let me say that controlling the character is bad. Second of all the game's terribly boring. Every level looks the same. Cut-scenes and narrator are annoying. I don't know if there's anything positive about it. Maybe graphics are decent but that's all this game has to offer.
Savant: Ascent - I guess it's a pretty nice game. You basically have to defeat waves of enemies and that's it. Graphics are nice, music is good and there's a lot of action. But somehow I'm not really into such games. Or at least this one.
Fork Parker's Holiday Profit Hike - It's a free platform game and it's nice at first but... then it gets hard. And not because it's hard but because it's really hard to control where you shoot the line. Most of the time you'll just do it blindly hoping for the best. Also controlling the main character feels sluggish. If not for the controls this game would have been nice. But it's free so what have you got to lose. Try it out for yourself.

10 Second Ninja - Pretty nice game but it's also very hard, you need reflexes of a cat to beat it. I enjoyed it for a few minutes but I don't think I'll finish it.
Super Comboman: Don't Mash Edition - I lasted half of the game. But during the second boss fight I just couldn't bear the terrible controls and fighting anymore. It's so unclear, tideous and based on luck and you can't even do what you want with your character. Not to mention stun lock and other absurdities ruin it even further. Graphics are really nice and the whole game would be nice if it was more polished. Because if you really think about it the only thing that sucks in this game is controlling the character and certain aspects of gameplay. Could have been good. It's playable but annoying and tideous.
About Love, Hate & The Other Ones - Very nice puzzle game. You control two guys who personify love and hate and in each level you have to make one of them click a red button. If you like puzzle games make sure to play this one as it's fun. I'm in no mood for puzzles now though so I'm gonna skip this one for now.
Aces Wild: Manic Brawling Action! - It receives generally good reviews but I just couldn't get into it. You just jump and fight in the air all the time, plot is scarce, level design isn't impressive and the game's just about fighting. It's more arcade than anything else though. Fighting is nice, graphics are nice and music is nice but the gameplay just feels kind of empty after you play for some time. It's not a bad game though so if you like such genre you might give it a shot.
Amazing Princess Sarah - Well, I enjoyed the first two levels but difficulty spike in level 3 got me annoyed and I stopped playing. Basically they threw as many enemies as possible at you which is a ridiculous way of saying "I don't know how to increase the difficulty level so I'll do THIS!" ;) It's not a bad game, it's definitely a step forward after bad Akane The Kunoichi. But still, it's a very average platform game at best. You just move through castles and dungeons destroying enemies and that's it. You don't even collect anything (aside from health). You level up but that's just for killing enemies. I don't know, if you like platform games you might give it a shot but wait until it's in some bundle. PS: The only amazing things about this game are Sarah's bewbs.

This isn't a list of games that I put hours in but just games that I won't beat soon because I have problems with the game:
Far Cry (The first one) - Can't even get past the first mission because its impossible
Half-Life - Boring
Half-Life 2 - Boring
Borderlands 2 - Boring
Sakura Spirit - Plot is too intense
BioShock - I get lost too easily
Batman: Arkham Asylum - Boring
Aferfall Insanity - Boring
F.E.A.R. 3 - This game is even boring in co-op
Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon - Too repetitive
Just Cause 2 - The map is hard too read, it takes too long before you've unlocked fast travel and the gameplay is just blow shit up, thats it!
Saints Row 2 - The port is just terrible

BeatBlasters 3 - It's not a bad game but it's something else than I expected. Art style is very nice, music is nice but the whole idea of the game reminds me of flash games. Basically you have a few powers you have to use to defend places/things or destroy enemies and every level is basically just a background. So it's not really vast, there's no adventure or anything like that (even though the game has plot). You also collect stars for how well you fared in each mission. It's a pretty nice game but I'm not going to play it any longer.
Biglands: A Game Made By Kids - I tried to like this game and at the beginning I did. But in the second world, on the clouds it got so annoying I had to stop playing. Protagonist was constantly falling down by no fault of mine. Every time you hit an enemy you bounce back which is something I utterly hate in platform games. On top of that sometimes when you want to jump you just don't. Even if you push the right button. It's ridiculous. Level design is terrible. AI doesn't exist, flying enemies constantly get stuck on objects. Graphics are hand drawn by kids so I guess it won't appeal to everyone. Gameplay isn't bad but after a while the game gets pretty boring. It's not horrible though but gameplay could have been a lot better.
The Blue Flamingo - It's a standard shoot 'em up game. Nothing spectacular, no power-ups, just two upgrades which you can apply after each level. Graphics are nice, music isn't bad. But what is blatantly stupid is the fact that you don't get healed after each mission. You can't even buy health. Nope. And if you die you have to start the game ALL over again from the first level. Sorry devs, this isn't rogue-like, this won't do here. If you like shoot 'em up games you might give it a shot.
Cyto - Good puzzle/platform game. It looks nice, it plays nice and it is nice. Maybe I'll finish it but I don't know, I don't feel like playing puzzle games right now. But if you enjoy such games you should definitely play this one.
Drew And The Floating Labyrinth - It's a puzzle platform game but it's boring as hell. All you do is try to find the correct path by stepping on the right blocks floating in the air. That's really ALL you do. I've beaten a few levels, maybe later there's more differentiation, I don't know. But it bored me too much.
Eldritch - A Lovecraftian rogue-like FPS game. I don't like it. I don't really know why though. It's weird and boring. It's not bad though. Just didn't appeal to me.

Fist Puncher - It's an average brawler. You go through the maps and fight with enemies. It's not really bad but it's not good either. It's kind of boring, controls could have been better and fighting isn't really interesting (and it's also poor, you just have a few moves). Nothing much more to say I guess.
Intake - I don't know if it can be finished but let me tell you it's a very good game. You basically have to destroy falling pills and switch colors of the background in the process so that it maches the pills that you destroy. Graphics and music are awesome and the gameplay is very fast and fun. I love it. I'm just writing in this thread because I don't think you can finish it and even if you could I don't think I'd do it because after level 10 the game gets pretty hard. But I'll be coming back to this gem for sure.
Abomination Tower - It's a rogue like platform game in which you ascend to the top of the tower while having only 6 lives. You collect eyeballs and for each 5 you get a permanent unlock which helps you during the game. But before start of each level you can choose only one of those unlocks. It's a pretty nice game but it gets hard after a while and the fact that you have only 6 lives doesn't make it much easier. Once you lose all lives you go back to the first level. Controls feel a little bit floaty but you can get used to them quickly. It's an okay game but nothing really special.
Anoxemia - It's hard to actually say what this game is. I expected something very good (judging from the Steam reviews) but got something average tops. Art is very nice, that's the biggest upside to this game. But gameplay is boring, controls are terrible (you control a drone and the main protagonist follows it meaning it's not very precise, especially considering it's all underwater) and all you do is avoiding thing trying to kill you and getting plant samples. The game is rather slow. Also collecting things is a pain in the ass as well, all because of the "control the drone and human follows" mechanism. I was expecting something very good and I got an average game which I don't want to play after completing 2 levels.
Squirreltopia - It's a generic platform game in which you play as a squirrel. It's not really special and it gets boring after a while. Also, controls can be very annoying at times. It's not terrible though so you might give it a shot if you like such games.
GunWorld - A retro platform game which is pretty hard. And there's not much more to say about it. It's rather boring and I won't be coming back to it.
iO - I just played for two minutes to see that the game is not for me. You play as a ball and you have to shrink it and make it bigger in order to proceed. Seems like I'd get stuck a lot so I'm gonna leave this one alone.

i actually kinda understand what you mean about deus ex hr's story... its a good game, its just that the stories argument is incredibly annoying because the 'argument' it presents, is retarded, short sighted, hypocritical and selfish. still a good game though. just cause 2 i just couldnt finish because i found the story lacking, and the gameplay - while fun in the short term, was just ultimately quite empty and unsatisfying once you get past your thousandth murder... theres just no real context or progression, just "kill the guy because 'fuck them'"
personally i just cant finish the transformers games. the problem is that they're just so god damn average, so generic and white-bread, that i feel depressed playing them. a bad game can annoy me, or amuse me, but a crappy generic soulless bland game, just saps me of all my energy that i just feel depressed, and thats what those crappy games do for me. i even feel uneasy typing about just how they make me feel....

About 520 of my games I haven't even played.
I have 528
8 of which are different editions of Bad Rats.

Well I don't own it on Steam, but it's available on Steam: Bulletsorm. Don't get me wrong, the game is fantastic, BUT the damned GFWL is still implemented in it, and since it's servers were shut down every time I download it from Origin (I have a retail version, and it's code was only accepted by Origin) I have to download a crack, which bypasses this stupid GFWL. The multiplayer is dead anyway, so I don't care about it that much.

Ascendant - Rogue like fighting game with platform elements. It's pretty nice but nothing really special. Bored me really fast to be honest. But if you like such games then you might give it a shot.
Bliss - Braid meets Limbo. It's a platform puzzle game in which you have to be very agile. I'm in the third chapter and I don't think I'm gonna play anymore cause I'm stuck and it's getting more and more annoying. But it's a good game so if you like challenging platform puzzle games make sure to give this one a go.
Cahors Sunset - It's a decision making game where you have to keep the stats of the protagonist above certain levels so that he doesn't die. In-between choice making you also get to know the story of his life. It's pretty nice. I don't think you can finish it though as you always die in the end.
HassleHeart - You play as a robot who has to steal hearts from people in order not to die. Well, it's boring as hell and I don't really see anything special about it.
I, Zombie - Game in which you play as a zombie and command other zombies to attack humans and turn them into (take a guess) zombies. It's pretty good but it's not my cup of tea really, too much planning lol.
Datswer - This is complete abomination. One of the worst games ever. Controls are terrible, they often don't respond or respond too late, character moves like he wanted to but couldn't, there are bugs present throughout the game and it's just one of the most uninteresting things ever created. Stay away from this thing.

Bioshock Infinite... I finished the 2 previous ones but this is just too generic and boring to keep on pushing forward after 8 extremely long hours. I'm glad there isn't downvote on SG, pretty sure I'm alone with this opinion :D

Nope, I think a lot of people would agree it's not that fun to play, especially when comparing to the first two. It's a shame, because the story is incredible and inventive, and yet they dumbed down the gameplay side of things.
Stick with it. The first time I played it I found it really dull to play but the last hour or so is worth the effort because of the story elements. If you're 8 hours in you can't be far off the end, so stick with it :D I actually played it a second time about a year later, with much lower expectations, and enjoyed it much more so maybe you'll find the same.

If the ending really is good, maybe you're right. I'm going to install the game again and see if I can finish it. I will hold you responsible though if the ending sucks :D thanks for the reply and encouragement!

I haven't heard of anyone disliking the ending, so I'm pretty sure you'll like it! I try not to hype these things up, but it is one of the most elaborate and well thought out endings I've ever seen. Most films don't even come close. And if you dislike the gameplay that much, I'd recommend switching it down to Easy. Cruise through it and just enjoy the story, I do that a lot with games I don't find fun to play.
I sure hope you like it now, I don't want to be held responsible haha! And no worries, sometimes we all need that encouragement! I've been encouraged to complete quite a few games I didn't initially enjoy but ended up loving them. Hope that's the case for you :D
Edit: Oh and you might want to check out the Burial at Sea DLCs. They made them pretty different to the main game and made the gameplay more like the first two Bioshocks. It also has stealth weapons, etc which make it pretty interesting! They are much more fun to play than Infinite, and they also progress the Infinite story further. Worth checking them our if you see them cheap!

On my steam brothers account Vings of Vi,thats the definition of a hard game.

Borderlands 1 & 2 - too repetitive, although I probably stopped playing BL2 because I got something more interesting
Skyrim - I enjoed it except for all the dungeon crawling, which there's too much of
Fallout 3 - same as above but sewers instead of dungeons

Very weird. Tried with the origin version too, same problem.
Someone said that maybe it has something to do with the graphic card and the way it renders the scene, some models can trigger this bug. Anyway, the sad thing is that even on the official forum no one could help...

darksiders 1 is such a great game but there are so many bugs in it. i finished it but didn't even get the achievements for finishing or finding all lifestones, wrath cores & abyssal armor. at some point i just deinstalled the game.
for me it's the worst port i've ever seen.

List your games that you've put hours of gameplay but still couldn't finish it after weeks or months since start because how boring it was.
Here's mine:
Deus Ex Human revolution - boring storyline and setting, gameplay is too repetitive.EDIT: I finished it :D
Just Cause 2 - bad storyline, bad driving engine
Darksiders - just boring
Final Fantasy VII - stuck at Chocobo Quest
Super Hexagon - It's too damn hard! EDIT: Finished it recently :D
