Why does your website insist on charging me in Kroner? It authorized my paypal in Kroner, it charged the $1 sub in Kroner. I am currently trying, unsuccessfully to change it to USD. I get the dropdown but it won't change.

A few things about the client:

1. Need an option to select in which drive to install the games and the app.
2. Doesn't remember the login, so you have to login each time you launch the app.
3. If you put the wrong password there's no indication that something even happened, I was wondering if maybe the button was not working.
4. Adding games to the list is not very intuitive:
   a. If you click on the green download button it should just add the game to your list instead of taking you to the game page. If you want to check more info on the game then you click in the image to take you to the game page.
   b. When finally adding the game to your list it takes you immediately to the list, this seems unnecessary on it's own but it's also more problem because once it takes you to "My List" there's no way to get back to the last place you were. So you have to click on "VIP Games" again, add whatever filters you had again and remember the last page you were checking to keep looking for other games. Last time I ended up doing it from a browser but the section of only games available for rent is not that easy to find either.

From reading the thread, seems the site is in early access :) Even then, 1 dollar is a pretty good deal tho, wishing oneplay all the best!

Well at least OnePlay is a much better and catchier name than Desura! (It's not a good sign when your customers are not sure how to pronounce the product's name). I wish you guys luck!

Sometimes when trying to download a game, I get the message, Vare "Insert Game Name Here". What does this mean?

Ok - I bought this - I downloaded the client - and now what? Everything I click on says "No subscription" -- and yes, I've logged in.

Should I get this? I am kinda conflicted.

Great, so in your previous thread you said that could easily buy codes for a friend. I did so, I tried to buy 3 for family and friends, and now my account got suspended.

My own VIP subscription got approved and was already charged in Paypal, now I can't use it.

I've contacted support and they ask me to send information such as my ID and signature, and credit card picture (even though I paid using Paypal)
I've bought for many years in hundreds of online stores and I have never, ever, been asked to provide such sensitive information.

The launcher still doesn't work for me, it won't let me login. I'm hoping for an answer from the support after contacting the live chat support.

You should check what steamdb is using as a rating system for game reviews.

You have 100% rated games that are base on... about one review, making them in better place than other game that might have 95% review rate from 1500 reviews.

Well it's still nov 28 here and it shows $99.99 for me, good luck to sell it for that price. Also, I cannot even find what games are available for rent.

Went to have a look (didn't realise the deal had expired) and it seems the site is overloaded, so I guess the stress test aspect is working. :)

i was enroll once from this news but after a day i try to purchase some game but basket system did not work. and suddenly they kick me without notice only said sorry due to high fraud anomaly.

can someone inside onepplay fix this i want 12 month vip submit back , and i will do not purchase any game for sure :(
