Generally, group recruitment doesn't work like that around here. You need to contribute enough to be "trusted" by group owners usually, and then you have to post in group recruitment threads, not create one.
You can check and see if there's anything you can join so far, but like I said, the more you've contributed, the more chance you'll find a group who will be willing to take you in. https://www.steamgifts.com/discussions/group-recruitment

Hello and welcome!
I'm not sure what types of groups interest you, but you can check out the Unlucky-7 group rules and perhaps send a request to be a gifter since you're looking to do giveaways.

Hi, I'm kinda new to this website, still figuring out how things work around here, so didn't know exactly where to post this.
Anyway, bought a good pack of games and I only want to play 2 of them so I'm looking to give away the rest.
I'm looking for a really good group that has regular giveaways, not too many people and wants to invite me.
I know that most private groups are looking for level 4 or more and i am only level 2, but I do want to give away a lot of games.
