If anyone is curious there are about 1551 games in the picture might be about 2k considering the picture is cropped.

Yep, just did. Still says my ratio is 0.46 now

But when you check the stuff manually:

Sent: $215.60
Won: $373.10

So using a calculator for that it would actually work out to a 0.5778...... ratio. Oh well. Might be a bug on SgTools part. No worries. Still joined the level 1, good enough for me.

Edit: Nevermind, I just noticed the ratio they were talking about was not the real CV ratio but the actual number of games. And that is about a 0.46 ratio to it. That is 92 games sent versus 199 won. Still working on that and slowly bringing it up to a 1 to 1 ratio with a positive CV ratio doing it.
