3.5Mbps/0.35Mbps claimed for SGD$28~ a month. Actually, if Speedtest is accurate. I actually get around 320Kb/35Kb average if Speedtest is the only thing running.
And here I wonder why people with FAR higher speeds complain their net is slow. Don't have access to fibre net due to having to pay to upgrade and the cost of that upfront is not exactly cheap. Oh and the CHEAPEST fibre is $50 a month, too much for us.
I took an entire day plus a few extra hours to download Valkryia Chronicles, if it explains.

1.06/0.07 Mbps ADSL with 100gb cap and uncapped between 12am - 5am for about $20. South Africa is such a great country to live in.

16/1 Mbps ADSL, 20$ per month. (I have never seen it going over 12 mpbs)
After 75 GB of data, it slows down to 3 mpbs.

5/1 mbps Satellite internet because rural Canada has some of the worst internet in the developed world for some reason. I also have a 30 GB per month soft limit after which my speed can be throttled down to slightly better than dial up at their leisure. $75 per month.
This is as good as it gets where I live.
The telecom business is fatally broken in Canada. Prices are bad everywhere but rural Canada is crazy bad.

Hey everyone. I was being curious about the internet connection around the world.
What technology do people use in countries, what speed and how much they are paying for that.
I'll start with myself - 24/2Mbps VDSL for about 13€/14$ in Czech Republic. I activated this when it was "on sale", full price for this is like 18.5€/20.5$
