I feel you, I have birthday and nameday both in december, along with St Nicholas' day (minor gifting, dec 6th) and Christmas + New Year's Eve. I have nothing to celebrate outside of december (kinda SG cakeday, and not many people remember one's nameday if it's exactly at christmas . Then just to make it wonderful, I got test + exam period in december since starting the university, so what I get for birthday-nameday? Usually a minor nervous breakdown :>

Yes, as far as I know it's pretty common in centre-eastern europe. It's usually just an "alibi" celebration - some flower, a bottle of wine, some chocolate, or a book, not as big as birthdays.

since most people i've met in my life have been so cheap to pack my birthday and christmas together when gifting something, i'm gonna do the same and post a bunch of giveaways for my birthday (20th), christmas (24th), new year (30th), and my cakeday (jan 12th). =3
