I don't recall seeing this thread around here and I think it's a pretty cool one. You can either recommend someone a game or advise someone not to waste one's time on it. I'll start.

Mark Of The Ninja - A very good stealth-action game. It's like Splinter Cell but in 2D. Although I admit there were times when I was a little bit bored. Overall it's a very good game. Solid 8/10.

Edit:

Here's a collage of all games I've beaten over the years on PC:

Robin's Quest: A Legend Born - Pretty good hidden object game with nice atmosphere. 6/10

Dark Lore Mysteries: The Hunt For Truth - Good hidden object game with nice atmosphere. 7/10

Voodoo Whisperer: Curse Of A Legend - Pretty nice hidden object game but it's not great. The "ending" is a joke. 6/10

Adventure Chronicles: The Search For Lost Treasure - The next part of the Escape The Museum hidden object game. This one is way better than the previous one but it's still very average. Not really bad but not good either. 5+/10

Escape The Lost Kingdom: The Forgotten Pharaoh - Average hidden object game. Again, like above, it's not bad but it's not good either. 5/10

Lost Civilization - It's a hidden object remake of a point'n'click game called Nibiru. It's very good and I enjoyed it. Nice atmosphere, nice backgrounds, nice music and enjoyable gameplay. Worth playing. 7+/10

Lego Batman: The Videogame - Very fun platform game. It's pretty long and there are tons of things to collect and unlock. I did the 100% completion. It was even more fun than playing the story mode for the first time. There are some bugs here and there, some things could have been improved but in general it's a very good game. If the rest of Lego games are similar then I'm in for tons of fun. 8/10

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent - This is probably the worst console port I've ever encountered. Game crashes every hour (sometimes every few minutes), there are TONS and I mean TONS of bugs and errors, graphics are worse than in Chaos Theory, to actually set higher resolution one has to mess with the config files (but at the end one has to change it back to 800x600 anyway cause one cut-scene gets stuck otherwise) and the game itself isn't amazing either. The first Splinter Cell and Chaos Theory were way better. Hell, even Pandora Tomorrow was better IMO. This one is too easy, too short, 90% of gadgets are expendable, the plot is mediocre, there are no subtitles for dialogues. Well, this is the worst SC game I've played so far. It wouldn't be a bad game per se if the port was good. It's not a BAD game. But it's worse than the previous ones. 6/10

Season Of Mystery: The Cherry Blossom Murders - Pretty neat hidden object game published by Square Enix. There are better HO games on the market though. 6/10

PS: I also collected all achievements in it.

Probably the only game I've got 100% is Sleeping Dogs, but I have about 127 hours on it (including three playthroughs of the main story, and two playthroughs of Nightmare at North Point). Next to that probably is Assassin's Creed Brotherhood.

8-Bit Commando - It's a Contra rip-off. Everything is copied from the classic NES game. Even if I ignored it I wouldn't be able to enjoy this game because it sucks. Gameplay sucks, controlling the hero is terrible, music is weak, there's basically no plot and the game is actually timed! So you need to finish every level before the timer runs out or "game over". Seriously? Futhermore, difficulty level is very uneven and levels are very short. All in all, it's one of the worst oldschool platform games I've ever played. 1/10

Dead Bits - It has a lot of negative reviews on Steam but I liked it. The whole game is pretty amateur-ish but it didn't stop me from enjoying it. I didn't really like the graphics, plot is very stupid, there could have been more weapons and the game could have been longer because it's very short. But I liked the gameplay. It was pretty demanding but fun. 6/10

Crystals Of Time - Average hidden object game. Gameplay is pretty good and music is nice. But sometimes one just doesn't know what to do (often we have to use an object on something which doesn't appear as something we could use, just a thing in the background and it's very confusing) and there's a lot and I mean, a lot, of backtracking. More than in your usual HO game. And it's very annoying. Sometimes we have to re-visit a HO scene 4 times. Also, an abrupt ending is never a good thing. There are way better HO games on the market. But if you lack games to play you might give this one a shot. 5/10

Inescapable - Pretty nice 2D platform game. Although it has no music, no map, it's very easy, short and it has some bugs. But I enjoyed it I guess. 6/10

Woodle Tree Adventures - One of the worst 3D platform games I've ever played. The way the camera works is a tragedy and I do not exaggerate. I've never seen such a bad camera work. The game is all about collecting fruit and water drops and it gets boring very quickly. It's also very short, only 6 levels. You can beat it in under an hour without any problems. It has a lot of bugs and "fighting" with enemies is a joke. The only thing good about it is the style of graphics. But it's not enough. 2/10

Mr. Bree+ - Very good platform game very similar to Super Meat Boy. It's pretty hard as well, it has great atmosphere, great music, good level design and an awesome protagonist (a pig!). Strongly recommended. There's one thing that sucks though, 30 FPS cap. It doesn't run smooth. 8/10

Megabyte Punch - Pretty good platform fighting game. Fighting is very good, it has nice atmosphere, music is good and the last boss is awesome. It's getting pretty hard towards the end though. Took me like 1,5h to beat the final boss(es). Reminded me a bit of last bosses from Cave Story+. Anyway, it's a good game, I enjoyed it. I wish levels were designed better though. 7/10

Jack Keane - A point & click adventure game from the developers of Ankh series. I have to admit that I liked Ankh series more than this game. It's pretty nice but gets boring sometimes, graphics are not very nice and Ankh was funnier. It's not bad though. 6/10

Castle Crashers - I was expecting something better. It's a nice beat 'em up game but nothing really special to be honest. I liked music, design of the enemies and the fact there's always a lot of action. I didn't like graphics (on 1920x1080 it's just not very good), the fact that it's boring in a long run and 30 FPS cap. Seriously, after bugs, FPS caps are the worst thing that can be done to a PC game. It ruins the whole experience. But it's not a bad game, I enjoyed it overall. 6+/10

Mass Effect 2. I romanced an alien, bought a hamster, flushed the toilet and saved the galaxy. 10/10 GOTY.

Lol jk, jk. It was a good game, even thought it felt like the decisions sometimes didn't matter. I did love the fact that the NPCs felt alive, and reacted on missions and locations. A lot of variety in the locations too. Had fun missions, always lots of rewards. I give it a 8.5/10.

BTW, how weird it may sound, there was one thing that really bothered me. THE(friendly)NPCS NEVER MOVE! They always remain in the same pose, kinda breaks the immersion.

I always get distracted by a new game, before I'm able to complete, then don't wan't to pick up where I left off because it has been too long.

Hero of the Kingdom, since I could beat it in one play through.

Sniper: Ghost Warrior - This game is just not good. I liked bullet cam, stealth missions and music wasn't bad. Now, what I didn't like. Action based missions are terrible, very amateurish, chaotic and tideous. Enemies always hit you, you will peek out of a corner for a second and you will get hit. Plot is very uninteresting, maps are boring, almost every level looks the same, there are tons of bugs, the game is scripted and linear to the fullest (normally I don't mind but here you just can't do anything in a different way than the one which developers intended you to), it's impossible to drive cars (even though they are present on every map) and on top of that there is no ending. That's right. After completing the last objective the screen just blacks out and it says "The End". Not to mention the game is very short (around 3h on normal). One of the worst FPS games I've ever played. 3+/10

Sniper: Ghost Warrior - Second Strike DLC - This add-on is pretty nice but it's probably because there are only stealth missions in there. Still, all annoyances from the base game are present in here as well. 5/10

140 - Good minimalistic platform game. It's pretty challenging. I wish it was longer though because it's very short. 7/10

Derrick The Deathfin - Not a bad game but worse than I had expected. Basically we do everything on time and I don't like such concepts. Because of this the game is very hectic and we have to rush all the time. I loved graphics though, the paper style is amazing. It's not bad but could have been way better when done differently. 6/10
