I don't recall seeing this thread around here and I think it's a pretty cool one. You can either recommend someone a game or advise someone not to waste one's time on it. I'll start.

Mark Of The Ninja - A very good stealth-action game. It's like Splinter Cell but in 2D. Although I admit there were times when I was a little bit bored. Overall it's a very good game. Solid 8/10.

Edit:

Here's a collage of all games I've beaten over the years on PC:

Looking at your completion list over the past few years makes me sad, considering I've beaten about 15 games in the past 3 years V-V
As for the last game beaten... Ratchet Deadlocked... back in August of last year

Elementary My Dear Majesty! - It's a hidden object game in 3D. It's not a really great idea but the game is really fun and charming. It also has nice humor. I wish it was longer but it's definitely worth to give it a chance. 7/10

Apothecarium: The Renaissance Of Evil - Premium Edition - From the developers of Sister's Secrecy: Arcanum Bloodlines. It's really easy to tell because the games are really similar. It's a nice hidden object adventure game but it could have been more polished. 6/10

Dreamscapes 2: Nightmare's Heir - Premium Edition - Great hidden object adventure game with amazing visuals, great atmosphere, nice music and very enjoyable gameplay. As good as the first one. Worth it for sure! 9/10

Sacra Terra: Angelic Night - Collector's Edition - Good hidden object adventure game developed by Alawar. 7/10

Freedom Fall, cute platformer. Just quite short. I should 100% it, but just don't have the patience so I've decided I'll hunt the remaining achievements after a couple of months break.

Also finishing up I Have No Mouth, And I Must Scream. Summons up my feelings towards my upcoming exam at uni perfectly.

The Last Tinker: City of Colors
Trew me of a bit initially.
It was everything to be a solid 3D platformer but makes the mistake of doing the platforming for you, having a very friendly world doesnt help it much either.
What it has though, is enough to keep you busy for awhile and almost compensates for its lack of challenging moments.
Good game for kids no doubt, if you are after something friendly, colorful, and some interesting puzzles (by far the best part of the game)
And of course a great soundtrack

How long did it take you and how did you play? Meaning that you did all sidequests or like 30% of them? Did you discover the whole world or like 70% of it? Give me some details so I know what to expect in terms of time :D

It took me 103 hours total, but there are few things toi take into consideration (you wanted details? so I will give you shotload of details :D: I can talk and talk about this game :D:):

  • I was focusing on game world, story, exploration, lore - thus I was playing at Normal difficulty. On it combat was not challenging, I only very rarely had to load previously saved game - usually when on exploration I'd run into a monster on ?? level (meaning much higher level than me - practically unbeatable). I believe playing on Hard or on Death March would force much more deaths, game loadings (and these take lot of time in this game) and would easilly add 5-10h of gameplay.
  • I went with the flow of my decissions - accepting results, I never loaded and replayed whole mission just because I didn't like consequences my decissions led to. I accepted all consequences as in my opinion it adds to the value of the experience. I believe if you plan on replaying missions so you get deserved results and in the end ending you wish for you can easilly spent 5+ extra hours in game.
  • I played all free DLC sidequests. There are 5 of them afair - they does not take long, and I only started playing them on high level, 33 I believe, just to finish off everything before I went to final missions so it took me maybe 1.5h to do them all, but if you play them on lower levels they can easilly give you 2-2.5h of extra playtime I believe.
  • I finished almost all Side Quests I found (including also Hunts and Searches), I collected all pieces of Witcher Armor crafting recipes, including Wolf Set from free DLC. I only didn't finish 3 quests - one because it bugged (Triss got stuck and quest never progressed - it was quest with unenchanting soldier figurine with supposedly human being trapped in it), second - full Gwent card set - I played Gwent with every vendor I found, finished all Gwent related quests and Gwent events happening during other quests, just when I ended up with no full collection I wasn't going to go through every freaking vendor in game to seek which I didn't buy all cards from. Third was a quest (possibly a full quest loine) from Nilfgaard camp - after talking to general for the first time I had an option to ask for work, but I asked about quest I was currently on. He stopped conversation and told me to get lost. After that I tried getting quest from him several times but never again did I see conversation option - yet yellow "!" was at him all this time. As for time changes - I believe that if you decide to skip all side quests you will be missing a lot but you can easilly save like 30-40h from my playtime. Also my Gwent easilly took me like 5+ hours. I have no idea how many quests there are from this Nilfgaard camp and how much do they take, so idk how much playtime I lost from not doing them. If you decide not to complete Armor sets (I suggest you do complete them - it's the best equipment in the game) you can save yourself ~5h.
  • I finished all "?" question marks in Velen and Novigrad areas. The ones that were too high level or in locked areas I was doing later on. On Skellige I left ~20-30 unfinished question marks - all at the sea - because 90% of them were just chests in the water - containing loot I didn't need anymore (it was below my level), were offering no experience points and were taking a lot of time that was very very boring (you use your boat, travel 5 min to location, swim for 1-2mins to get loot and kill all creatures with crossbow, get back to boat and rinse and repeat - next ? same story and there are tens of ? on Skellige - all the same). If you decide to skip all ? in Velen and Novigrad you can save few hours. If you decide to do all ? you will need few more hours (and they take more time than Velen/Novigrad ones - boat is slower, you can use much less Fast Travel.

TL;DR:
It took me 100+ hours to Almost Complete the game on Normal. If you want to rush through story on Easy I believe you will be able to do it in 30-40h. If you want to complete everything inclkuding stuff I found unintresting or that bugged for me, do so on harder difficulty or replay missions to change your choices and consequences - I believe you will need 120+h.

Wow, that's a nice post :D

I never rush through games and I always take my time to explore and do everything I can. So it would probably take me around 100-120 hours as well.

Thanks for the detailed description :D

I usually do the same (finish everything I can), but the moment you see the amount of these freaking ? on the sea and realize they are all worthless chest events you will do the same as I did - just finish ? on the land :D:

Aye, possible :) Some things are really not worth collecting if you're not going for 100% of achievements type of thing.
