Reasons i haven't played my won games yet:
And it's a brutal cycle that repeats. I can't stop watching and reading stupid shit on the internet T_T.
Edit: Of course there are occasional reasons like actually having something to do outside of the house (huehueheu) or being busy with something else (important i assure you).
I also don't like playing singleplayer games unless i have a good time of chunk to dedicate to them. If i only have an hour to play i'll likely just join a match on an online game.
Edit 2: By the way the games you gave out are fantastic. Except for ... FORTIX (tell my family i love them). jk jk!
I have yet to beat Metro 2033. I got 6 hours into it, twice. Both times giving up. I guess because i try playing the game the stealth route, and the stealth in Metro is infuriating. Also stopped playing asscreed bro early on on xbox cause i got bored of it. I've recently bought the asspack on Steam and will try the entire series in one go.
Edit 3: I forgot the most important reason. Like Sandygunfox said "remember that playing video games is meant to have fun with those games, not to get through a backlog as efficiently as possible"

I'd play a game if I won. But I never won anything on here.

There are a few reason why I haven't played a couple of the games that I have won.
1) I was shifting from my old laptop to my new gaming computer.
2) I have a horrible internet connection for downloading games.
However, I have forced myself to play Assassin's Creed, which is actually a better game than I had anticipated. Now I just need to play World of Goo, Mirror's Edge, and Dungeons of Dredmor.

I tend to enter for (and hell, even buy for myself) games I want, but my computer is so outdated it can't RUN most of them. So, until I get a new one that can...

So I use to make giveaways about every week since I finally got my first job and I gave 5 games out. I waited a month to see the end results of the people that won my games.
And apparently, its a huge fad to win a game and not even bother trying it. 3 out of 5 games I gifted were not even played and they were some quite good games.
I do not understand why people bother joining a giveaway for a game they do not even want, its like they join randomly and if they win, they keep it without playing. Does having more games enlarge their epeens or something? Because of these results, I feel that I should no longer gift to the community.
I was wondering, does anyone else get this result?
Edit: I would say taking a long period of time to play a game is explainable as long as they have a backlog or rarely login to steam or if a game is unplayable due to bugs. I've seen some examples though and all they do is play the same multiplayer game which doesn't have any advancements other than the multiplayer ranking system. Should have added this earlier.
