Why there are so many rule breakers on high levels?
I made a few 5+ GAs last week and there was one all valid reroll and few winners that I even haven't bother to create a ticket, because their "crimes" was made two, three or four month ago... I just blacklisted them.
Why someone who is here for like 2-4 years and on high level, is still breaking rules?

I'm thinking about making only private and SGTools protected GAs from now on...

EDIT: What I have learned: "You have less rules breakers on higher levels because well you have less high level users... not because they break rules less" wise words from DontBeSilly.
Now I think that this is really true and describes some of you comments well. Level doesn't matter :)
And some of you are telling me to report rule-breaker no matter what, but I'm just discouraged to do this, by some moderators officiousness in those cases...

Here's your lvl 5+ train ->

Levels mean absolutely nothing, so I'm not surprised. Anyone can make giveaways - breaking some rules won't affect that.

Rule breakers get suspended no matter when they broke the rules. 2 months ago or 2 years. The won't get suspended only if they have already been before for that infraction.
in my experience, we have many rule breakers because most people don't bother to check their winners and even when they do they don't report.

I can tell you how some got that high level(6~9).
They always make giveaways in their secret and small group or when they were in low level.
Then BOOM!!!
And some of them never (or 95% private/group/region lock) make a public giveaway.
I don't mind people make private/group/region lock. But at least they should make 50% public giveaway in last 6 months.
Especially for private/group giveaways, if they post giveaways in discussion section, then that's fine.
You can tell if the giveaway is posted in discussion section from the numbers of entries.
If the entries of their giveaway are always below 10-15 or even 5, it's totally not the case.
And most important, they still enter public giveaway and won lot.

That's how my blacklist numbers grow. 🤘

level is not a judgement parameter for people's allegiance

It's true, it only measures coolness. Level 10 people are the coolest.

...or so I've heard, anyway.

People break rules, don't read GA descriptions, don't say thanks for winning a game from you, don't bump when asked to, bump when asked not to... as it turns out I haven't been able to make out a correlation between user levels and any kind of this behaviour.

There is a simple answer to your question - The majority of people are shit.

Every level has it's fair share of rulebreakers - having access to games, bundles, or generally having money won't turn all the people into nice, rule-obiding users. And same goes the other way, low level ones still can be great people :)

Alas, there are rule breakers regardless of their Level. True, there are far less instances (and far less high-Level members), but I like to think the majority of them are good eggs.:)
