There are bad ones in all levels.
I just wish there was a way to know if someone was already punished for an infraction before I report/ask for re-roll, that would save everyone's time, mine and staff. Making the system automatic for multiple wins and non-activated wins should be possible.

Bump! i been here 1 year and already up to lvl 3 (started GA's 2 months ago) "got 1, 2 week suspension so far but I'm not a criminal it was a mistake I did 1 year ago and got suspended this summer..."

I never had any problems with higher levels. The ones I've met are usually helpful, experienced and follow the rules.

Mind you, some rule breakers can already be served their penalty and blacklisting because of them can be bit unfair.
Many of my reroll request were denied because of that. Shame we have to involve support team for those cases. There is no better way afaik.

The worst part of this is seing private groups of 6 people and creating GA of 5 keys of a game on private GA. Free CV for everyone and aparently they are not against SG rules.

its still less problems with high level users than with lvl 0-1-2. But 5 isnt hard to reach, it gets harder from lvl 6. Also, thanks for the train but sgtools currently weird and shows i have 2 not activated games while i have both on my library and i even got all achievements from one of those.:-( so to rephrase your topic, iam dissappointed in sgtools!:-)
Edit: those games were removed from steam recently and that caused the error, now i can join:-)

Why there are so many rule breakers on high levels?
I made a few 5+ GAs last week and there was one all valid reroll and few winners that I even haven't bother to create a ticket, because their "crimes" was made two, three or four month ago... I just blacklisted them.
Why someone who is here for like 2-4 years and on high level, is still breaking rules?
I'm thinking about making only private and SGTools protected GAs from now on...

Now I think that this is really true and describes some of you comments well. Level doesn't matter :)
And some of you are telling me to report rule-breaker no matter what, but I'm just discouraged to do this, by some moderators officiousness in those cases...
