All I remember about looking at this test was do not say you see a vagina. for this one, there is also one that you are not supposed to say you see a giant naked man standing over you.

You can find a butterfly, a moth, a mask, an angel, a pumpkin, a bat and if you look closely it looks like there is a womans head and torso in the middle. It would also appear that two people on the sides are attacking a person in the middle. If you turn it sideways it looks like a battleship.
But otherwise it is just ink on a paper, made into a picture (which we see as pixels)?
That's my guesses, because it could all in all represent all of those imo..
