I´m from Germany and me and my wife buyed a holiday home in the near of the Brocken (highest Mountain in northgermany). We life on the coast, so our holidays in Spring and Summer are always in our holiday house.

I am in love with places of astonishing views of this beautiful Earth and countryside. I find it to be my own serenity. I do not enjoy being around crowds of people, I live in a crowded city, so some solitary refinement is in utmost demand for me at times. And a Mountain is one of those places I hold in high regards as sanctuary from discord of populations hive mind. I may be at a Beach, but in a room is where I generally still stay. I peek out once in awhile, sometimes I venture forth also, but only for short frames of time. And usually only when highly intoxicated.

Spent a week in Key West. Was one of the funnest times I have ever had in my life, Mallory Square was awesome, as was Duval st. Been to many places on Gulf coast and Atlantic in Florida, always a great experience. A few times at Disney also, that was meh. Orlando is meh. Went there one year for some dumb Club Paris opening event, that was meh times a thousand.

I am leaving for a short Holiday or Vacation in the next couple of weeks.
Winter is almost over for my State and I like to get some Ocean time in before Spring comes.
I am leaving for Myrtle Beach for two weeks in a few days.
I have been all over this neat country (US) of mine & like to visit the Ocean/Coastal regions the most.
How about you, where do you like to visit or would like to?
