I bought one of the bundles and was able to redeem my skyrim key. The rest of the bundle has no keys left for me. I know they made a mistake but when a brick and mortar store makes a mistake like this they have to honor it. I really only wanted Skyrim and Dishonored from the bundle anyways but whatever. If they give me a refund fine but hopefully I'll be able to keep Skyrim.

Yeah, that's what I was just saying elsewhere, that if a physical store makes a mistake it's all on them, not the customer. I realize the internet arena is much larger and people can respond more quickly and in larger numbers to pricing errors (as this whole fiasco exemplifies), but the way they handled it was completely shitty, they should have refunded the Bethesda pack right away and never said anything about supplying keys.

They really need to hire a few people to tidy up the code that deals with the pricing of games, I'm pretty sure they've had pricing errors before the winter sale (I think SS3 or something) and now quite a few others during the winter sale. You'd also think the people in control of the site would be better monitoring the website to bring the site down faster if there was obviously a pricing error somewhere.

Well, I'm giving it another 24 hours for Gamersgate to actually contact me and issue a refund for the $28 I paid for Borderlands 2 (which I no longer have). It's disgraceful that they can't send out an email, at least promising to put the cash back in my account... After all, it didn't take long for the games to get taken away. How much more time would it have taken to send a bulk email to these same people informing them of what had been done?
If nothing happens, I'm making a Paypal chargeback, not only on Borderlands, but on EVERY SINGLE PURCHASE I've made from Gamersgate (or, as far back as Paypal will allow, at least), and I have bought a LOT of games from them.
Like Gamersgate, I realise a mistake has been made at MY end too, and I regret buying these games from them. They are overpriced considering the fact they can be removed at any point, without a concurrent refund, and with no consideration of the law which I previously understood to govern these transactions. I trust this is a fair interpretation of the rights available to me in line with the Gamersgate policy on "mistakes"....

I had two.. one was refunded, the other I obtained 3 or 4 CD keys but am awaiting the rest. I think if you've already got any keys they won't refund it. I could be wrong, though.
At least I got one of the bundles. Shame, though, that they refunded the other. I wanted to give the games to my brother or something.

They actually still say:
"Unfortunately, we are out of serial keys. The developers have been contacted and we will supply keys as soon as they are delivered to us. We apologize for the inconvenience. [2]" when you attempt to redeem a key. That is misleading.

Like Sleepy says, it's unlikely they will remove it from your Steam account. How I see what they are doing is: They owe a large amount of people keys that will cost them more than they have made, so to avoid further cost they are just mass refunding the bundle.

Well i still didn't buy any dlc but frankly im sort of afraid to even start playing today, i was basically gifted it by friend (i paid him really silly amount for his Skyrim key since he already owned it) and already spent 37 hours in game, frankly i'd be really sad to see it dissapear from my library.

I'm a bit confused... I bought 1 4pack and gifted every game to myself. Then i got the refund email and they removed the 4pack from my shelf, but the 4 individual Borderlands 2 entries that i gifted to myself (screenshot) are still there but without keys. Does this mean i'll still get my keys in future?

Its not about greed. I think most people are fine with having their Borderlands 2 order revoked (I am, it was too good to be true). Those that were lucky and able to get keys good on them. The problem is the Bethesda pack. They left the deal online for almost 10 hours. The next day they said that customers have the option of having a refund. Based on this information a lot of people assumed that GG would honor the deal. Now almost a week later, they go back on their word without adequate communication and reimbursement (I still havent got my money back). Its this that people are most pissed at.

I don't blame them for refunding it, I blame them for how they handled the situation. They pretty much confirmed they'd honor the sale and then went back on their word. Once they confirmed they'd supply the keys for the Bethesda bundle I made a Skyrim giveaway since I figured it was a done deal, now I have to crush the dreams of a few people D:

I think this proves the games should be on my list; but they aren't. No e-mail or refund (though one-way refund is illegal for a finished transaction). I created a support ticket but I don't trust them after this kind of behaving. Maybe petitioning will change something but I don't know...

did you check paypal/bank account to see if the payment actually went through? I tried making a purchase for the 4pack as well, went through the entire paypal process and I never got charged and didn't get the games (and still received a receipt from gamersgate (not paypal though))
