well been checking it recently since my friend already traded over 50 copies of the battle edition but once he knew the keys were revoked he took it on himself to contact every single one he traded with before to either replace/refund their trade unlike some a-holes out there who traded the new copies as well and refused to refund any of the guys who had their games revoked . Don't ask me how he got 50 keys lmao he is running a local key reselling shop since the options of buying directly from the internet are next to non existant in my country xD

If you want to pause/cancel. It now seems that they've updated what you get, so all the complaints about no Zombie mode are now nullified.

Thanks for the reminder. I've triple checked to make sure I'm definitely still paused. Guaranteed the rest of the reveals will all be wishlisted and I'll be sad for a while, but I won't support this practice of requiring me to sign up to a service I have no interest in, just to gift the game to someone else.

What drama? Those people complaining about lack of oversight, calling steamtrades a scamfest? If it's about that - it's true that steamtrades is kind of wild, and people can theoretically do what they want there. With the exception of the voting system, of course. But I think we can all agree that this does not replace proper moderation. Still, most people just want to do their trades. And they are doing exactly that. The drama can safely be ignored. Trade with people with experience (rep), and you will most likely be absolutely fine. I have been scammed in the past. Like 5 years ago, when there still was moderation. Have not been scammed since. I just pick my trade partners carefully, and that's about all you need to do.

If this is about the revoked battle edition keys and there is some drama on ST I don't know about - well, then I guess I wrote all the above for nothing. xD Even then I would consider it. Your reputation is good. And if you say you have a standard edition version, people will trade with you.

you need to link your account. Then it give you option to redeem it to your linked account or gift it to a friend with a link like normal.

You can link your own battlenet account, then two options will appear: claim to your own bnet account and gift to a friend. Just use the 2nd option.

It will give them a giftlink, which they can redeem to their own email, and will be a link they can log their own bnet to redeem the game. No codes/keys exist.

You can unlink your account anytime in the settings page of HB.

Strangely enough, I have been a solid subscriber for 2+ years - and have paused maybe 3 times, including this month and last month. Have never been offered a discount. Do you need to physically cancel to get the offer? (And not just pause a month I mean)

Humble went from having a very decent support system to having a legitimately terrible one.
They have an unstable subscription service, so they should expect people to cancel on them all the damn time. That's what they're in the business for. So punishing people for cancelling when they don't want what they're offering is a bit annoying.

But now they also dish out wrong keys and not deal with it? Standards have been lowered beyond reason imo.

That is good to know. Finally there is some prof that the new key/game is intact that a new version and not a upgrade key that we were led to believe and it’s good news that redeemed battle editions won’t be revoked only those non-redeemed. But I didn’t care much myself for bo4 when I activated the battle edition since I wasn’t big on it. So in a way with this I got like a second chance to be able to trade or give it away and recoup some back from the bundle.

They've intentionally stepped arounsd that question. Activated Battle Editions may not have been revoked yet but there's still every chance that they could be.

I got 5 keys and sold them. You might say that I spent two of those keys for the Borderlands Handsome Collection.

I think isn't possible, as the game is linked directly to the Blizzard account.
