I got a quad core with 4gb ram that's a couple of years old, and worked fine till recently. I got my dads old SSD drive which is also a couple of years old. Now on occasion my mouse starts to stutter or freeze for a second, and also on a heavy load (like TF2 and IE open in the background) TF2 stutters, everything being old most likely something might be failing.
In the past IE (Yes i still use it) can build up memory usage but it didnt create a situation on how it was now, i can use other browsers but those others also still use a bunch of my memory, i now i don't have the best pc but it never gave the performance as it does now.
Furthermore i did a whole reinstallation of windows, malware checks and i am pretty sure it's hardware related.

I installed a programmed called Whysoslow and my memory load is as shown in the picture after a boot with 2 browsers open, i don't know why it shows an exclamation mark at cpu because at boot that is still low but it also can go up till max load.

Normally i used to just replace things from my dads pc to check what parts could be broken but he has a new one and i don't think his ram would fit on mine. What would i be most likely looking at what the problem is, motherboard, ram, ssd or could be any of the 3?

[Edit 3] In the meantime i had to reinstall windows yet again (twice because the first time i kept getting startup programs to run twice).
Due some other issues as well, which gave me the opportunity to change/remove a few programs suggested here by people, alot of things i fiddled with since and it seems to be somewhat better for the time being. Thanks to anyone who suggested something, i have read it all, even though i did not reply to everyone.

Uh... Your CPU Temp is nearing MAX (shows as 60/73) - as your cpu increases in heat it gets less effective - this can cause issues. If you use a fan cooler, have you cleaned the blades and the heatsink? Make sure you have enough compound on it too.
If you are using a water cooler, how long have you used it? Most bearings inside a water cooler are ceramic/zircon and really are only good for 3-4 years, they will work for 5ish nps (if you leave your PC running 24/7 it drops a bit), but they lose effectiveness too.
Your RAM load looks a bit high too, though this can be easily fixed by adjusting your pagefile size. (Virtual Memory).

For the moment i can't say, because of the problems in this thread, i also checked Event Viewer and found a bunch of yellow exclamation marks, one website suggested using a netsh command which resulted in certain sites like google and 1 game like Forge of Gods loading poorly, but reinstalling windows like i did and resetting the router to factory settings, didn't just fix it and took me awhile to figure it out how to resolve it.

With the reinstallation of windows (which i already had a few weeks ago) i also used some suggestions here like Ublock for Firefox and trying Qbitorrent from the get go. But then when i was about to make a backup, my startup items kept starting twice and spend 2-3 hours trying to fix it, and decided to reinstall windows yet again, that took me 2 days in total, and i am "back" since yesterday evening,
In both of those backup days i tried playing TF2 for an hour with the regular tabs open to my mail and SG and i had non of the problems like i had before, but might still be a bit early too tell.

The real freezing of my mouse i am not seeing anymore (and only had that for about 2 days) atleast.

Yeah for now, and in the meanwhile hoping for that ship to come in (win the lottery) being able to buy that super duper brand new pc with 3 monitors and VR. xD
My pc is kinda old with replaced parts, kind of a frankenstein pc, bound to happen some parts will fail eventually.
Yet i have computers like a Vectrex and Amiga 500 that are 20-30 years old and still work.

Cheers.

Amiga 500 is worth over 200$

same for the Vertrex (without the box)

with the box it's double the price ;)

so, the ship is here - however, you would probably won't part with those

another thing, i have a used GPU nvidia 550ti, which i don't need.
if you want, i can arrange a delivery for you, it's not that expensive. a few bucks

Amiga cost myself even double that, with a $100+ turbocard, memory flash cards, and a box so i could hook it up to my pc monitor.
To be honest i haven't touched it for a long time but mainly because i got so much games on steam alone i just don't get around to other things.. But i hope just someday i can have that little computer museums (gaming is like my only hobby).
And that also implying i don't have others costs too, i already sold stuff like my arcade cabinet, i want to keep some, and from that experience the money you want (and paid for years ago) usually is higher then what people would give for it..

How much? Even though i would not even know how to pay you, noone i know uses credit cards and i disconnected my paypal a very long time ago due to some bad experiences. Could trade for my inventory cards, or maybe pafsafe (usuable on steam).
Don't happen to have some spare memory too? :P

How much?

no, you misunderstood. as a gift...i can sell it local if i wanted to.

Yeah but also to a point where alot of people are stingy and trying to make a buck out of you. i don't mind haggling but when they want something like half of what it is worth.
Let's just say i'd make a lousy salesman, then again i hope to have my own (food) business one day, though difference people will pay your set prices and people will come to you when they are hungry.

I understood you but i gathered you atleast wanted the transporation cost out of it?
Will add you on steam.

You know i am also forced to run my card with drivers from 2014, because any other would result in an exclamation mark and it being old, Nvidia offcourse having no desire to fix that, and with yours i probably could run actual up to date drivers.

Someone else mentioned this earlier, but if you haven't, you might want to update your SSD's firmware. I used to use a Crucial C300 SSD which caused occasional OS stuttering until I updated the firmware, worked great after that.
